This thread is probably gonna annoy some people, sorry for that.
Okay first of all I used the freaking search. I found that I had to download and install the contacts.apk from TH ICSrom. I did and T9 dialer worked again but after reboot he stopped working. So I went back to the search and after an hour of searching I found that I had to copy the contacts.apk to my system/app folder. So after another hour I found that I had to give my file explorer root acces to copy and override the apk but it still doesn't work after reboot.
I'm stuck, I don't know what I'm doing wrong
Hope somebody can help me.

I rooted my Xcover and it worked out just fine,but then i wanted to try out LCD density changer and now i´m stuck in bootloop

This build.prop has to be inserted in your own update.zip package. To create a update.zip with the build.prop I have created a template."
I tried the first solution with the "update.zip" fix and that one didn´t work so now i was wondering could someone with Samsung Xcover make a backup of your build.prop and send it to me?

Or, you could just go to http://www.swype.com/ and download the new beta that's just been released. It's a couple steps up from the Swype installed by Motorola.
I have that...i can't use that though I have to be stock and I also see another person is in the same boat as me, i didn't see their thread in the Q&A section.

i'll get straight to my point , i have an old NAVITEL application version 5.0.0.1069 for android 2.2 .
im forced/want to use this version on my android 4.0 for a reason , but it crashes while it works fine on android 2.2 and 2.3 .

i downloaded the sdk packages and eclipse . so can someone please guide me threw the steps on what i have to do with the APK file i have and how do i change it like the link i provided say or if you have any other way to do it

Hello. I tried a couple of mods for SXU from "Modds and Apps" main thread, but not everything works fine. Can anybody tell me on what I have to look before flashing mods?
I especially need change the way of typing the number - with the prompts from contacts. I know that this question don't need a new thread but i cant posting in developers thread.
