Yet another battery drain issue - Atrix 4G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I bought a new Atrix from Personal Argentina. Ever since I bought it and change it to CM the battery drains as 3% or more per hour when the phone is idle (no data or wifi on, neither screen). I changed to Neutrino 2.2 EE rom as it is supposed to be optimized for battery life and the issue still persists.
I tried to check if some up was running in background using high CPU with WatchDog but I didn't find anything.
I also tried the process these guy describes on the first thread but my Atrix already measures around 4200 mAh http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1198333
Not sure what to do next.. Maybe change the radio, but I am not sure which one should I use for Personal Argentina.
Please Advice

Just changing ROMs is not enough, you'll have to experiment with different Kernel, ROM and Basebands (radios) until you find the best combo.
For me Wetdream 1.4.3 ROM, FAUX 1Ghz Kernel and 77.36P radio seem to do the trick. (see screenie)

[HELP] Random battery drain, serious problem

I've been really happy with the battery life of the s2, however every now and again the phone randomly reboots and I lose as much as 10%+ battery instantaneously.
In one instance I lost about 80% or so as soon as I took it off charge!! I'm not sure what is causing this but would be grateful if anyone knows a solution or is having the same problem.
There's a few screen shots below to highlight the problem.

I am having the same problem.
that looks bad..
have you tried something like...completely draining the batt, then while keeping the phone off, charge it back up to 100%?
Multiple battery posts on here read them .
One such is here and plenty more .

Thank-you people. I have tried a full drain once, but I may well try that again. It seems to be ok lately but I will keep an eye on it.

Battery not reporting properly

Hello all,
I've got a commtiva N700, I've been flashing between roms today, I recovered back to the stock rom after installing EUViewpad 1.7b, but now my battery meter is stuck at 1%, and it shows the "Please charge" messages. I've tried flashing a few different roms, and also updating to googlehome's kernel, but no luck.
Anyone got any ideas?
Also, a side question, but does anyone happen to know what app runs the sidebar on the N700 stock rom (Left hand side of the pic)

The battery is working perfectly and if I ignore the warnings it carries on just fine, it is literally just the reading that isnt. On the EUViewpad rom it just shows 1%, on the stock rom it shows a line through it.
Edit: However 5 mins later I just picked up my tablet, turned it on and it says 100%... I have no idea why, and I'll see if it keeps working, but not complaining if its fixed itself.

Looks like your screen is eating a lot of battery.
Try reducing the brightness to minimum.
Also the OS on your phone takes some time to set itself up so wait a days or two and then check it again.
Also there have already been many threads adressing the same issue, starting a new thread without searching is not a healthy habit.

I can highly recommend greenify (when you have root access). It can solve a lot of battery drain problems, due to stopping unwanted backup processes from running.

[Q] High CPU usage

My CPU gets crazy. I tried on different ROMs, wiped, formated everything and my CPU is in very high usage ~100% very often @ 1200mHz, what steps i should do?
How to check my CPU isn't damaged or something?
You've had battery problems before right? Have you solved that? Did you followed the steps i posted there? More information please

I took phone to service and they exchange me micro-usb module. Now i can charge phone to 100% without problems but i noticed my CPU is always 40%-99% and sometimes when i send files via mass-storage to pc my connection is breaking with error in Windows 8.
You should take your phone to service again, looks like they haven't repaired your phone fully
It look like this

Well, 41 C is a bit too much but it won't do any harm if your battery life is alright, you can either go to service or try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2532929

Phone temperature getting above 110 Fahrenheit, 40% battery drain in 30 minutes

This is not a new problem for me, but I thought this should have been solved after flashing a custom rom, but nothing changed.
So just 5 minutes of clash of clan game play heats up my s3 to even 110 °F, which results in sudden battery drain.
Will upload the screenshot, which may help you guys. Btw i am running cynogenmod mod 11 m9 snapshot.
Is there any tweak which can help me regarding this. [emoji27]

Try replacing your battery first.

Then try reinstall that apk and do a wipe cache/dalvik if nothing works try to reinstall rom.
Have tried flashing rom again, and clearing cache and dalvik cache, but it didn't worked. But how much more is this temperature above the average temperature? Actually I don't have a alternate battery to try right now, so I will have to be sure before buying a new battery.
