Minecraft not tablet optimized? - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

So, I bought MC Pocket Edition and I get the phone sized hot bar instead of the hot bar pictured inside of the Market which i figured was the tablet optimized version.

same question here...

Optymalised means that game works on tablets too.

Use a ps3 controller with the six axis app. You can set touch areas on the screen to physical buttons. I play samurai vengeance 2 with my ps3 controller using this method as it doesn't upport gamepads natively either.

Jelly bean 4.1 on screen keyboard problem

Hi everyone
I think jelly bean update to TP is great. Everything works so smooth and quick. But on screen keyboard have lags and I can't write on it with my normal speed. I must write slowly...then everything is ok.
Anyone have the same problem?
Any solution?

Have you tried using other on screen keyboards? Also - is it related to a certain app you are using? For example, my writing lags in Facebook when using stock browser. When using Dolphin it's smooth.
I have another keyboard related issue myself: when writing on text boxes, I usually can't press backspace right away - it doesn't do anything! All the other buttons put symbols to the text box, but I must refocus the box by pressing it before I can use backspace. Anyone know if this can be fixed?

I believe the nexus s and the galaxy s (not so sure on the second one) have kernels which support USB OTG without any hardware mods

Mod: full tablet mode for galaxy player 4.0/5.0

Set qemu.sf.lcd_density=90 in build.prop to make your device think it has a 10 inch screen.
Works fine on android 4.1.2, should work on 4.2.2 and ics.
If using stock cm 9, 10 or 10.1 tablet ui patching might be needed.
This should also work on the 5.0 player.

Is there a way to change ro.sf.lcd_density.xdpi and ro.sf.lcd_density.ydpi to make android think your screen size is bigger?
I tried setting those values in build.prop and nothing happened.
What I want to do is make play store think my screen size is at least 10.1 inches, that way more tablet apps will show up.
My device is a galaxy player 4.0 running the latest cm10.

I'm interested in why would you want tablet made apps in your mp3 player? it will look condensed and ugly don't you think? (AFAIK)

two options:
1. you could always sideload them
2. use the Xposed framework hack here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
i use xposed on my kindle and the reason for pac is to make the play store tablet mode because i like the way it looks
I just got my device to think it has a 10 inch screen system wide. I modified the build.prop using qeum.sf build properties and now all the tablet apps requiring 10 inch screens now show up in the play store,

how does it look?
I personally think tablet ui and tablet apps on my galaxy player 4.0 are awesome. You get more room on the screen and tablet ui in apps do make better use of the screen in my opinion.
Everything works great.
If do want tablet ui I suggest using a DPI of 120.
Sent from my YP-G1 using Tapatalk 2
Here is a screenshot
Notice the x and y DPI is set to 90 resulting in android thinking the screen is 10.22 inches.

tbh with you even on 5.0 only some apps look good in tablet mode, I can't imagine those on 4.0

Is there any way to mod YouTube/Google Play, so it looks like the tablet version?

This or paprefs.

The 10.22 inch mod will enable tablet ui in any app that has one. Exposed framework or pa is needed to set the play store to a market compatible DPI.
Edit
Updated op with instructions.

Laggy youtube

Anyone of you also experienced HD videos on youtube not running as smooth as it should be? For example this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XITHbsUUlYI is laggy as hell.
I think that the phone is strong enought for such simple task.
Have anyone got any solution for this?
I am running stock 4.2.2 ROM.
I just clicked play and it's working fine on my phone ....
Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk 2
When run through tapatalk it's smooth, when you play it on YouTube official app from Google, it's laggy. So, it's Google fault, not your phone.
