i talked to an AT&T rep customer care rep today .mine is getting shipped on the 16th .Mine says backordered too . She also said she can't garrantee it be on Friday .she said its on express delivery but if u chose to overnight it will be there next day .wth is express delivery!? I didn't know u can choose to ship overnight! I preordered the white note.
It if you guys are comparing your order statuses you'll go crazy. There's 3 different ways to check stauses and premier versus regular accounts. it's just not worth the stress. Most everyone with a few exceptions will get them friday.

You have to wait for their inventory guys to pick the item in their system. The guy was picking mine this morning when I was loading up my truck... I got to play with the phone that will be mine but can't buy it until tommorow...

I don't believe it should interfere with it. One thing I'm a little worried about is the whole gift card thing being applied to the purchase though. Im hoping it can be applied before everything is totaled out to reduce tax lol. I know I'm cheap

I got my new phone early last week, saw it on sale this week, called Customer Service and they gave me a $90 credit on my account. I'm sure they'll do the same for you.

I thought I was being clever for getting one off Ebay for less and cancelling my pre-order, didn't turn out that way at all.
I am pretty excited to hear that they are going to continue to enhance features, the possibilities are almost endless! GoogleTV would be a nice start though.

Sad to say my gf traded her note yesterday after paying retail for it 4 months ago, she traded for an iPhone. :banghead:
But here's the deal. She traded thru craigslist, we all met at att to get new sim cards, i told my gf to drop the ins on the note (I sat in the car) when she was done she said the clerk was trying to reset it because it was used and because its jail broken, the reset was talking forever so they aborted. The clerk than said that they can transfer the ins from the note to the iPhone, I wasn't aware that they could ins a used device not too mention its jailbroken which they're aware of. Secondly, the iPhone was adverticed as a 5 month old 4s, after some research I found out that its an iPhone 4, and it could be years old. She doesn't seem to care but I do...she got ripped off. She thinks he bought it used and was under the impression it was a 4s. Sorry guys, this has been bugging me since last night. I'm still surprised that its covered by ins, but I wonder about the warranty?

The LG Thrill is, in my opinion, the worst android phone I've ever used.
I can't wait for the day when I can get rid of it. I'd sell it for $0.50 if I thought someone would actually buy it.

I didn't notice your second portion on your first reply "why didn't I check it out? Well, I stayed in the car the whole time, figured we could trust this guy since apparently we know each other from years ago and that we have mutual friends. It didn't even cross my mind that it may not be a 4s until we got home. To the untrained iPhone eye you can't tell the 4 apart from the 4s...there is only 2 physical differences that I know of, 1 is that the 4s has 4 black stripes around the edges were as the 4 only had 3. The other one (just learned today) is the volume switch is in a slightly different location.

Well it has been an awesome 2 years of learning and crying with my fellow note friends but alas I got an upgrade and gonna try the HTC one tomorrow. I'd wait till they release a device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 in it which will be soon.
A couple of phones will be announced and released next week or two that I know of. Moto X. And Lg is showing off something on Aug. 7th.

HTC makes nice phones. And now they provide a web-based bootloader unlocker (s-off). But how can you replace the pen?
Honestly I never use it. Only time I use it is when I'm sending snapchats and I draw something lol. I mainly run aosp so all the bells and whistles from it are useless.

Yep I agree, but I like nerding it up here also, except I don't have as much time as I used to. I'm definitely waiting for the note 3, my note will be 20 months around the speculated time of release so I'll be signing on another 2 year plan with AT&T . I just hope they don't go overboard with the note 3 size.
