Typefresh is a simple alternative for rooted devices.

I've been trying to find the where app for a few days and can't locate it in the market. I removed the sim and it still didn't show up (that worked for a few other apps). Anybody have any idea what's up with Where?

What's the Where app?
I'm just taking a guess, but if you're looking for WhatsApp, it's here:

I had the same problem with my Atrix. The Where guys are awesome. They sent me the apk and then automatically sent updates every time one came out. Look them up and send them a note. It was one of the best app experiences I've had,

What is this file? And can I delete it to free up about 100+MB?

My guess is that its the installer for the Motorola media launcher in windows.

it appears to require Honeycomb...
Yea, I tried getting it on my nook and no dice. We'll need the apk. (hopefully it works with 2.3 but just doesn't show up in the Market)
I just put a request in the Xoom thread for Dolphin.

It said there is a problem parsing the package. Is there anything that can be done?

Same here!

That's because it's Honeycomb only. I tried to decompile it to bypass the version check but it wont decompile correctly using apktool.
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="11" android:targetSdkVersion="10" />

Is there a way to fool it into thinking one is using honney comb?
Sent from my NookColor using XDA Premium App
Guys... something to consider; if they set the SDK at level 11, they did so because it uses specific honeycomb calls that we cannot do. You can't "fool" it, because even if you did, it just means it will crash when it makes a call that it cannot do....
That's unfortunate. I was really looking fforward to trying it out
