no you have to download just one. I think you should better wait for the official update. And then you can use update through your phone (OTA) or by using Kies.
But my samsung is ,,buyed''? in the England and I dont have updated in the Kies :/

If you don't understand the risks of changing your firmware DON'T DO IT. Your can break your phone.
If you don't know english use http://translate.google.com and study more about firmware flashing. There is a lot of information here and you don't need to make LAZY questions.

I think YOu can use this rom also as it will also be having english. BUt I am unable to download it from the locationas it is in chinese. can any one provide a download location or mirror for this rom.

Go to the Sammobile website and download stock rom for your device. You will be able to flash it through odin.
