HBO Go was released, but I can't seem install it on my Vibrant. The Market doesn't list it when I search, and the market's web interface says my device isn't supported when I try to install it. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't seem to find a list of the devices HBO is allowing to run the HBO Go app.

I understood, i was just giving people a link if they were interested.
I searched it in the market and it installed perfectly. Not certain what's wrong for you man. I don't have hbo so I am uninstalling it now.
I am on the latest Trigger if you want to try it.

Install COREDROID gingerbread Sense2.1 Rom (ONLY rom I've been using so far that works on Glacier....I've tried a few that I had Nandroids of)

Visit the Android market, find Netflix, then send it to your phone, installs over any leaked versions you may have had...viola, works perfectly
seems we've confirmed that if you're running Coredroid ROM above, you will be able to install Netflix and view everything perfectly from several users who have tried..no prop editing, no white screen, no problems with no video, etc
Not to mention, it's one of the best ROM's for the Glacier (minus the annoying video recording not working bug)

someone just posted on the Market.Android site that it worked on their Nexus One with CM on it.

Working on my girls Nexus One running CM7 but I get the audio for a few seconds & then kicks back out to the white screen on my Glacier running CM7
Confirmed on a 2nd device that if you install the CoreDroid DesireS port, it will indeed work just fine

i will not install anything made by Rafyvitto. He had the ban hammer swung on him from XDA. I'm not going to support him.

When I loaded it it loads my account, I can search, but movies would cut out while streaming. It could just be my bad data speeds right now.

everyone is saying the same exact thing. I think more that data.
So wanted to make a thread where we can post applications that are built for tablets and work with CM7. I haven't been able to find any but please post them here if you have any.

thats 100% correct, GB and HC have different API's, so tablet apps arent gonna happen till ICS releases and devs update apps with new APIs
What browser are you guys using? I'm using dolphin and although great on my phone I feel its lacking things for the tablet .. any way to get the tablet dolphin version? Or is there a better browser?
Set the screen density to 160 and a lot more apps will work from the android market.

An app called lcddenisty for root in the app market, set the density to 160 and reboot.
Sports Apps:
The yahoo fantasy one works great.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't load this. Other than wifi not working, you might as well if you want. It's super stable and fast as hell.
Is it just me or is the launcher the one from the phone? I don't see the standard "honeycomb/tablet" style launcher besides the status bar.

When you tap on the time it brings up the tablet launcher with all the notifications and settings.

Long pressing the homescreen doesn't bring up the overview and widget dragging utilities.
The app launcher is very reminiscent of the phone ICS builds.

Sorry. Originally, I wanted to avoid the chatter in my office so I did an audio swap. That was a horrible idea. I turned it off, but youtube is taking forever to remove it.

No worries. Also note that there is a phone app in the build- this seems to be a mesh of the tablet ICS and phone ICS.

Yea. It seems like it. Kind of like some of the GB builds we have right now. Hopefully those things can be removed before a full release.

I'm currently removing this from my Touchpad.
Making room for CM9.

I actually have market and all other google apps on but no Wifi for now.
Also adb is working so Side load apps its possible .
Wifi/SD still not working.
You just need to install the driver manually and adb will work.

This is the p4 version.. Working fine n smooth for me.
Just flashed on Xron after full wipe.
SD mouting to PC is not working in all ICS versions.
Wifi works fine, Market is fine, HD videos on SD card work fine with MX player(with armv7 codec), Side loading is fine too..
Had error, then booted to WebOS then restrted to Evervolv ICS fine (or just use http://classicnerd.net/betas/update-remove-MOBOOT-Entries.zip to update entries) Had to flash ICS twice.. YMMV

works perfect on my note. Now I don't have to sign up for netflix for my travels
Lets me log in, go to load a vid, Buffers forever, says it appears you are having network issues Please wait or try again later. I'm on my wifi at home, not 2 feet from my router, have full bars on my network, can stream from everything else, but this buffers endlessly.
Running I717 ATT Note Rooted with Saurom Rom, Flashed to Tmobile. Is there something I'm missing?
I didn't realize people were having problems with hulu still.. This is the apk I use and it works with gb and ics.

Very strange. I use that app every day and never have an issue. What rom are you on? I have used it on stock rooted and ics alpha 2 tablet on the note and tons of roms on my old infuse.

Using Saurom Rom, not the 7.1 but the one before it. It's funny, because it worked on my Tmobile HD2, before it broke, dual booting android and windows 6.5.

Ad blocking will generally cause this issue. If you have ad blocking on your phone try disabling it or adding the ad urls to the whitelist of your ad blocking software.
I am on an ICS rom and running AdAway with "ads.hulu.com" and "p.hulu.com" added under "Your Lists", the "WHITE" tab...

Thanks for the reply, I'm still on a Gingerbread RoM, but I'm not sure where to even check for any ad blocking apps, I looked in settings, manage applications, don't see anything of that sort, Where would I even check for ad blocking?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I indicated in my previous post, I'm running the Saurom Rom.
Yes I installed the modded hulu apk.
No it doesn't work on my i717 Note.
Try running the flashex script...using your browser in desktop mode is much better, you won't even get the dumb ass web only on your shows!!!

Hulu works like a Charm now! XDA is the GREATEST!
