CWM 4.0 version...

Ok another question if you don't care I'm wanting a ROM but does it matter what base it is
Sent from my PG86100 using XDA App

Base doesnt matter as long as its for shooter
However use twrp
It is much much better
And touch user no more volume keys and power buttons
Sent from my PG86100 using xda premium

Have a look at the threads in my signature. Only certain ones seem to work with Hboot 1.50.
I like Cwm Touch.
Also, if u want to use a ROM based off the latest ota 651.5 update, you need to update via the Ruu first to get the radio.
Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk

The cwm touch recovery is pretty decent but just go with a revulutionary recovery cwm based. Because the touch recovery still has a few minor bugs of my knowledge but if you don't use recovery like every day like me I would recommend the cwm touch

4.0.1.4, this specific version works with hboot 1.5 with no problems at all. I don't believe 5 will work so if you have rom manager don't update it and if it does update it and you have already flashed 4.0.1.4 , in rom manager scroll down to all clockwork recoveries and pick choose 4.

- I can load CWM Recovery v 4.0.1.4 (not 5.0.2.0 or in between), CWM Touch 5.0.8.1 and CWM Touch 5.0.8.2 (I Can load twrp 2 also). I gave up on rommgr b/c I never found a recovery version that'd load with it (even with "all recoveries" option), I had to download the .img file and flash with fastboot command prompt (or flashImage).

Once you flashed 4 did you have to do it again after you booted to your home screen? Once you get to CWM mount your usb and delete all other versions of CWM.

Well, I only load one at a time. Never had to reload from OS (flashimage? ), always worked when loaded via fastboot. Never had to delete anything from fastboot folder or Sdcard once in the OS. I don't load/use RomMgr either.
Cwm 4.0.1.4 had no issues, but Cwm Touch currently won't mount Sdcard or charge while in recovery. These are known issues, but I copy everything to Sdcard beforehand so I don't care.

All credit for this goes to the creator, Mr. Apocalypse.

I will add the other colours the creator made this in as and when I have time.
Dropped in the techno audio from the Matrix as I thought the regular audio for this animation would be boring and too low in volume. May not be everyone's cup of tea.
May not work correctly on HKTW 2.3.4

There are also CWM flash files for the older Tenfar CWM in the OP, so depending on which CWM you are using, you can still flash the boot animations.
The reason I have the unlocked bootloader version is because everyone who unlocked their bootloader also flashed the newer CWM which doesn't require you to have your phone connected to a power outlet. These files have to be slightly different in order to flash properly.
Ahh great cheers ...I suppose I should have checked back on the OP....rookie mistake..my bad

Edit. Yeah so i didnt push it threw fastboot..lol..im a dumbass, but its an easy enough fix. You will know if you do it wrong like i did (just renamed it like i had the 1.30) it wont load any battery stuff and will just turn off when it starts to boot up. i just did the fastboot stuff and I LOVE THIS RECOVERY why wasnt this the way it was done when recoveries were made.

Nope. This works on HBOOT 1.50. You gotta flash it through fastboot though.

Just flashed this and it is working amazingly! So far the only bugs I've ran into is the battery at 10% which has already been stated. I've restored and backed up without problems, and also have flashed a ROM and all went great! I'm not sure if it is just me, but it also seems to run much quicker than v1.1.1
Thanks for the awesome release!

[Q] Flash splash screen on hboot 1.12?

Hello xda, I have recently tried to flash a custom splash screen using this web converter and it didn't work. My rooted EVO LTE currently has:
HBOOT 1.12.2222
LazyPanda S-Off
TWRP Version 2.2.0
HW Version 0003
SW Version 2.13.651.1 710RD Android 4.0.4, Sense 4.1
Baseband Version 1.12.11.0809
Is there some alternative way to create a custom splash screen and flash it either via recovery or fastboot for 1.12 HBOOT devices?
You could just drop it in to system media

The web generator takes an image you create to exact dimensions and converts it into a flashable .zip folder. From there, you place it on the root of your SD and flash it from recovery. It flashes and says success but when I reboot it has the stock splash screen still displayed. If you read that thread for the web generator that I linked in the OP, on the third page someone states that he/she doesn't believe it works for 1.12 Hboots. I was curious if we had a similar, alternative method for 1.12 in which I can create my own and flash it successfully.
There's no reason you shouldn't have access to splash with soff

I'll give it another shot when I get home, but I'm under the assumption that hboot version plays a role in changing the splash screen.

It blocks the partition when locked but seeing as you are s-off it shouldn't matter. Can you peek inside the zip from what ever file explorer you use
---------- Post added at 02:54 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:37 PM ----------
Sorry my mind is still else where if zip had been damaged flashing would have failed
OK I did it again and it worked without a hitch, don't know what was the issue before. The generator says it checks if the image is in the correct format, dimensions etc. If it is not, it will generate an error code so there was no error there with my upload. Then when I flashed it before it didn't show any errors and said it successfully flashed but it in fact did not. Now I did the same process with the same image and everything worked fine. Thanks for the help guys, whoever said hboot 1.12 wasn't supported was in fact wrong.
Here is the splash I made if anybody is interested, I think it looks classy and doesn't burn your eyeballs out when you look at it in a dark room.

small problem

Good day, first of all greetings to the forum, my name is isaac and I hope this forum to share experiences and solutions to ongoing issues, and also to resolve some that I have like this.
for two days, try to root my HTC One M7 ATT with a rom of this same page, persisamente this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522530
but apparently I did it wrong, because after my phone would not boot android, the problem is I run out of another rom to admit you, because as you know has no SD card slot, and does not detect it as USB storage, so if I can I can I get the recovery installed TWRP 2.5.0.0, my phone is S-ON, no more to say, I hope you can help me,
Thank you very much for your attention, greetings!
ok buddy , first of all install TWRP 2.6.3.3 you can go under their website and download it. Flash the recovery by using fastload the instructions are plain and simple http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/164 if you need further assistance let us know.
Second, I would suggest to download android revolution HD 41.0 since you have an AT&T device with sense this Rom will work.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183023
Once TWRP is up and running sideload or push the ARHD into the phone and flash it. You should be up and running.
The reason that you are having a bootloop is because the Rom you are trying to flash is a Google play edition and you will be only able to do this once you have S-OFF. Now to root the device I suggest Downloading SuperSU v1.89 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
Any questions let us know.

Well...not saying it's "the right" way to do this...but since the update wouldn't apply for me, I took a backup and then "dirty flashed" this...figured at worst, if things were screwed up I'd restore my backup and continue to figure out why the update won't work.
Anyways...it booted right up, and everything appears to be working fine.
Thank you!!!

I Plan on doing a nandroid backup, wiping everything and loading this ROM through TWRP. Than I plan on loading the firmware.zip from the OTA update to get the latest radios. After this, I need to reinstall TWRP through fastboot, than download and install the latest SuperSu.
Does this sound right?
