I'm pissed! Att and another premiere rep said when I checked my order said that its in warehouse and ready to ship next 24 hrs. I probably won't ship till Monday! I preordered the white one Feb 5th at 12:15 am. Live in Houston, tx. So much getting before the stores get it and can't cancel. Its shipping fedex. Isn't there a holiday coming up? ! Lying advertising!

They are wrong. If you ordered before the 15th, and you see a Processing status on the site, you will likely get your phone tomorrow.

Don't worry. I ordered mine on 2/13 and mine now says:

You have to wait for their inventory guys to pick the item in their system. The guy was picking mine this morning when I was loading up my truck... I got to play with the phone that will be mine but can't buy it until tommorow...

Me too Harmony. Why can't BB open at 9am.
I'm still thinking I might go in asking to see both phones and possibly switching to white. I just can't decide without seeing it in person. I hope if I switch colors it wouldn't hurt my $50 GC? If they have 1 in stock that is.

I don't believe it should interfere with it. One thing I'm a little worried about is the whole gift card thing being applied to the purchase though. Im hoping it can be applied before everything is totaled out to reduce tax lol. I know I'm cheap

I checked my status this morning and it now says:

My wife wanted the phone and we had one waiting for her at a corporate store. Just walked into best buy to BS around. Guy said he had them stocked for preorder, but had more devices than preorders.
Said to do preorder and I may get one today. So I did the preorder, walked around store and got email stating it was confirmed, then not 5 minutes more of walking around I got email saying it was ready to be picked up. Told him I got email and it was a done deal. Walked out with it.
No one that preordered from there hadn't come to pick theirs up yet. She was first person to get from that particular store.

Inventory allowing... pre orders made before 5/21 are hitting stores today and tomm. If you pre ordered after the 21st you will get next shipment. Noone is able to walk in and buy... So your pre order is being fulfilled in order it was placed... What's the problem?

As I stated earlier. I went in and got my wife one today. Preordered, got confirmation, and then got email that phone was ready to be picked up within minutes. Walked right out with it.

Send them a support message. Mine said the same for 4 weeks so I did. I got a response 4 hours later telling me they had received my device in the condition I stated and that my card would arrive to me within 3 weeks. They said they are having trouble updating the status page for some orders.

There was. You had to pre-sign up. It's now closed. HTC was offering a $100 Visa card (or more if your phone was worth more) if you bought a One and sent them (most) any old smartphone and proof of purchase.

Yeah me too, I have several phones lying around the house. I sold my nexus 4 for 200 (it was more like a gift, guy just had a baby girl and broke his phone off a motorcycle) I figured I might as well get a rebate with some old phone I barely remembered I had.

Got mine in the mail today! My online status says the same, waiting for phone. I sent my phone in a couple days after the phone was released. I don't remember the date
So there is hope! I am glad it seem to be just a system update problem. Maybe a majority of people will get their cards in the next two weeks.
