Hi
I want to know if you have some problem with few games:
- my country - very often freezes
- airport city - freezes on start
- sims free to play - some times screen goes flickering and game freezes
Do you have similar problems or am here by my own with this?

Don't know the first one, but the two other work like a charm on my prime (.11)
I've the same problem with "sims free play","Gem Miner 2" and "Shadowgun THD". The screen starts flickering, but the game doesn't freeze. You can still click on screen to interact in game.
For me, it looks like an graphic driver issue.
I do not have any of those apps. But since installing the .14 update Riptide is having graphic issues as well. The game keeps running, but the graphics freeze up.
I've tried clearing the app cache, as well as uninstalling and re-installing, same issue each time.
Same things here with Riptide, Shine Runner and Shadowgun...
Oh finally someone talk about that, I tought I was the only one with those freeze.
I have also this problems and also Glowball wouldn't even start, I only see the clownface and then I am back on the homescreen. Can anyone help me?

I know they dont have any (save for 1) games on the market and that we have to go their site to purchase. However, when I do go on the site it says there's only 5 games for my phone. And I do not see any of the HD ones either : \
What is this -.-
Call them, their tech support is very helpful. Make sure to mention that you want their games on Marketplace when you talk to them.
i had the same problem with every browser( Dolphin HD, stock, steel, skyfire, etc) until i used opera mini. every other browser took me to the generic "dumb phone" wap site. Opera Mini took me to the appriate "HD games marketplace". I have asphalt hd, nova, and hero of sparta now. my two cents...
I’ve tried using some of the gameloft titles on my samsung vibrant such as Nova, Hero of Sparta, and the gangstar game. They seemed to work at first but a few minutes in my phone started freaking out, the game would stop, my phone would go black and the only aspect of my phone that responded were the softkeys but they would do nothing beyond lighting up. I had to remove the battery to restart my phone and even on multiple restarts my phone would load really slow and then go black again. I found that I had a race against time to go into the application menu and uninstall the games before the phone would go black and lock up. After numerous tries I finally got all of the games uninstalled from my phone and after a final restart the phone started to act normally again. I contacted gameloft with the issues I was having, they sent me two links to download updated versions of the hero of sparta and gangstar game that they claimed shouldn’t cause problems. I redownloaded those specific titles, installed and, like before, they seemed to be working fine at first but they still eventually caused my phone to brick on me forcing me to, once again, have to quickly uninstall them as my phone was loading its usual software from a hard restart. My hope is that gameloft will work harder to fix the problems and maybe when my vibrant finally gets the 2.2 OS update it will be better suited to run these more high-end games.

Have you installed the lag-fix found here on your phone?
Give this a try. I can run Sandstorm without issue. Have not tried Hawx or Nove as of yet.
Hi guys
Has anyone else got the issue that if they try to download any of the HD games from the game hub from gameloft (e.g. Shrek Kart, NOVA) then it gets to around 6% then fails?
Also had this problem with other APKs that download a cache onto the "SD card" where it won't download it.
Just me?
boch501
I had it with Modern Combat 2 HD, purchased from the Android Market, eventually after about 50 tries it slowly downloaded all the data. I think Gameloft need to increase their server capacity considerably... I've not had this problem with other apps.
Keep trying?
i had a similar problem downloading nova - the first time it failed
on my second attempt i kept touching the screen at regular intervals to prevent it turning off and it downloaded and installed fine
could be to do with the system going into low power sleep time mode? or maybe it was just a coincidence
The following games just close down and take you back to the Home screen
Tiny Village
Dead Space
Shadow Gun
Its lets you play sometimes for a few minutes then boots you to the screen, Other times you don't get to play at all and it boots you to the home screen
Anyone else having these issues ? I haven't tried other games since these are what are attempted to play the most
I have tried rebooting Tablet and that seemed to be a tad better.. maybe a re install could help ?
Guess no one else has these problems ?
There's already a discussion thread about this issue. Seems the new ROM update is causing random closing not only in some games, but in most emulators too!
Hallo.
Today i had the "Server Error 5002" after i installed the game EA NBA JAM.
If you google or browse this forum you see that there are a lot of people with that problem. That's why i start an new topic.
EA offered a workaround (copying data from another device) but there were also some users who just changed the displayresolution.
Yesterday i installed a new NXT ROM (Android 4.0.4) with that navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
I detected that this bar needs 10 pixels, so the resolution used by apps was only 480x844.
SOLUTION: When i disabled the bar, i had 480x854 and then i the Server Error 5002 did not accure anymore!
Thanks for that!
Monopoly + nexus 4... i was in fullscreen mode with paranoid droid rom and i switched off the expanded desktop i manage to download the files
Thanks alot for this fix mate!
This method really helps. Thanks.
could not download nxt Rom and run the game
Yesterday I download nba jam but I am having the error 5002 also I am not able to download nxt rom please please help me......
Solution to "Server Error" 5002 5003 problems on some EA Games!

Seems that it's a good time to revive such an old thread. Maybe it can help some people out there still facing these kind of problems, like me.
Today i wanted to try EA Dead Space on my Redmi 4X phone. I had bought it from playstore a long time ago and played a bit on my older devices. But this time it gave a server error 5003 when i launched it on my Redmi 4x (SD435, 1280*720p) running on MIUI8.5 Marshmallow. So it couldn't download additional required game data and i had to quit game.
While searching about this error, i found a solution which helped me right away. Thus i want to share it here for other users which may encounter similar issues on several EA Games like The Sims, FIFA 12, NBA Jam, NFS Most Wanted, Dead Space, Mass Effect, Real Racing etc.
1) Turn OFF your wi-fi and open the game. (IMPORTANT: Do NOT launch the game when your WiFi is already active!)
2) In game it will ask you to connect to wifi or 3g (or something like that) or cancel it. YOU MUST CONNECT TO WI-FI.
3) When you press the wi-fi button it will redirect you to your wi-fi tab in settings. So open your wi-fi and press several times BACK until you go back to the game! ( DON'T PRESS THE HOME BUTTON!!!!!!)
4) When you'll be back in game it should automatically pop a window which says if you really want to download the game and the space it requires. PRESS DOWNLOAD.
5) Let your game download the data.
6) Have fun playing the game.
The original post can be seen in the link below, I just edited a little, thanks to @eXezeSt :

This method solved my server error 5003 problem for Dead Space on my Redmi 4X. But similar problems might also be solved by:
1) Previously downloading and locating game data in the right folder, before launching the game (Alternative to EA servers).
2) Tampering with screen resolutions.
Good luck to all.
PS: Unfortunately, Dead Space has a very serious buzzing sound (noisy static audio) problem in newer android versions since Lollipop, but that's another issue:
"The Android version has been discontinued for newer devices and renamed zzSunset Dead Space™, however, newer devices running Android Lollipop can run into major problems with audio."

Good day my fellow humans, i have a problem with my phone. When opening the Google play games app, all the pages within it are blank. If i go to the 'my games' tab, it'll just show a spinning blue circle forever and ever. When launching a game such as simcity buildit (which i spent months on), the game starts of as if I've never played it before. If i press connect to google within the settings, it'll do nothing at all. it is like my Google play games app is completely dead. I've factory reset the phone twice, I've reinstalled the entire OS twice and still i get the same problem. However, i do have bluestacks on the PC and my Google play games account works perfectly fine. My COD heroes base is there, my simcity base is there, the Google play games app launches fine. I even tried it on a different android phone and it retrieved my saves and launched Google games app just fine. Also, i have provided 3 screenshots of what the problem looks like.
Any solution?
