running meanrom with stock kernel due to no custom kernel being available for new base yet however with meanrom both cores running while screen is on feels like it's overclocked anyway so no need for custom kernel
Stock kernel on a Olympus trinity gamer edition with beats audio an my own ics port from the nexus

i switch between chogard 2.1 and viper 2.5 rc2. both are running freeza's b kernel plus dual core screen on and the supercharger scripts. no lag here and the battery lasts 24+ hours on normal use.
i've honestly gotten to the point that i'm ALMOST bored with the evo 3d. it's running too stable and smooth right now.

CM definitely. I love AOSP, and I love the customization that CM has.
CleanROM 1.3 DE for me. Fast, clean and liking Sense, MiUi aosp and cm7 all look like iPhone OS. And a few things still dont work on those builds. 4G, 3D camera and some have wifi problems.
Miui here. Customization and speed is crazy.
And as long as this thread stays civil, it should be fun.

Synergy Rom latest nightly build is amazingly fast and smooth.. everything works except screenshot picture pressing menu + power..
Definitely infected eternity. This is the fastest and smoothest ROM I've been on yet. I like the theme as well. I an a sense fan so I enjoy this ROM more than aosp, but I do like flashing cm once in a while as well.

I'm currently running 5 Rom's with boot manager. If you have not checked out that app yet u guys need to. But as far as favorite ROM that goes to warm2.3 as it is pure silk. I love the theme and the modded rosie just looks so so clean.
Currently I'm running miui as my phone ROM. I love the the themeing you can do on it plus its fast and stable. I don't worry Bout 4g as I live 400+ miles from any sort of 4g. But I do like to show off the 3d camera every now and again. So I invested in boot manager. Now if I want I just boot up a different rom. No more flashing back to stock to change a prl or use epst I just boot up a sense ROM change it and boot back to aosp.
Kinda off track I know lol. But its so hard to decide what I wanna run at any given moment. I like eternity for raw speed. I like miui for the theming. Warm 2.3 is silky smooth and sexy outta the box. Cm7 is well its cm7 its awesome. I've got different rom's for different things. Warm is set up to usb tether to my Linux pc where as eternity is set up to usb tether with winxp. I use cm with tiamat kernel kernel if i know I'm gonna be away from a charger for a while. Miui to be flashy and show off. And I also use bender bliss sense 3.5 just cause I can..
Currently I have my setup as follows
Phone Rom is miui with tiamat kernel
Slot one is infected eternity with antrax kernel
Slot two is warm 2.3 with bc blend kernel
Slot three is cyanogen mod7 valpha3 tiamat kernel
Slot four is bender bliss sense 3.5 with stock kernel.
So there those are my top five in no particular order whatsoever. Thanks to boot manager I don't need to pick "just one" ever again.

I'm running Trinity its fast and it doesn't kill my battery at all

Im looking for a rom with beats audio but the quality has to be like the htc rezound and the rom has to have 4g wimax working as well.

You can actually run whatever ROM you want, and just add Beats and unlocked Sprint HotSpot to any Sense ROM using this:

my experience has been that Eternity ROM 1.4.2 with chad goodman's RC3 A05 #31 provides the best sound quality. running it right now. absolutely mind boggling the difference over other setups.
that kernel is not available anymore, however.... unless you know who to get it from... of course...

also tried RLS09, running that one now. sound quality is just as good in my opinion as RC3. So either one of those. from what I have read RLS09 supposed to be a little more stable. haven't noticed a difference in that area, however. they are both good
It's pretty stable on my end running eternity 1.5 only issue is its lagging on from time to time for some reason I don't know if its the kernel or the rom but its cool

which one of Chad's kernels are you running?
and its a combination of both. you need to delete any kernel tweak scripts in your roms if you are going to run Chad's kernels

I was running rev9 but I switch to RLS001 and it seems ok
If you guys are running Eternity, flash Beatsfix v2. That applies to the sense 3.0 version.
Got my new evo 3d not long ago. Now need help deciding on a ROM. I'm currently on LeeDroid with sense disabled and go launcher. However it's not as stable as i would like with a couple of reboots and audio skipping issues. Battery life leaves much to be desired too. Any ROM out there that's any better?

Simple MIUI Stable although there is no 3d or 4g and adding boot manager so you can have a sense in case you need 3g is the best setup ever and better battery life as well..
im running mean rom its pretty stock but running good.

i would prefer stock Android but there's very few options available. it's a shame as this is pretty good hardware.

MeanROM v0.6 is the way to go - I started with version 4 all the way to 6. The developers of this ROM are absolutely doing great job.
Once you root your new toy try a ROM called Blackened from Team-Nocturnal. It is insanely fast and the battery life is amazing. If you don't like it, simply flash another ROM. Good luck

Viper ROM 2.5 or Synergy
I keep going back to senseless ROM, with the anthrax kernel. There is only one thing that bugs me about it, that is that you have to unlock your screen before you can see who is calling you. But otherwise it is fantastic. I also run Adw launcher.
I DD Viper. It's stable and thats what I need.
What ROM do you guys use the most?

well the two I use religiously are virus eternity 1.4.2 and steel ROM 2.72... both are amazing ROMS, tons of extra features, give one of those a shot

If you want a Sense 3.0 Rom than Warm TwoThreeThree or Viper RC 2.5. If a 3.5 Rom Joelz (vins version) or Mik 1.07

Not sure for CDMA but i heard infected is good although i don't like the performance on GSM, for me the WVGA mikrunny and with theme is the best.
i use clean 2.0 De rom.. i have tryed every rom and i always come back to this rom.. i have clean 2.0 and awakenings v3 tweak and let me tell u my phone is super fast and the battery lasts mad long.. real talk.. ohh.. and i have anthrax 09 kernel.. i do not use setcpu just anthrax 09 kernel and awakenings v3 and my phone is on beast mode!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sweet!
Steelrom is great. Excellent battery and good stock feel. Don't confuse it with steal rom.
Hi, I am trying this rom right now, and I am considering to keep it as daily rom, but I would like to set cpu at least to 1500mhz as i was always using before on Leedroid ROM + Anryl 10.07 and 10.08 kernel, it was very good performance and battery life too.
Is here some kernel compatible with this Anryl ICS ROM which allows overclocking and has almost as good battery life as Anryl 10.07/10.08? (this is my main question)
I was trying to flash both this kernels, becouse on Leedroid rom they can be overclocked to 1500, but on this Anryl ICS I cant use Anryl kernels at all(phone is not booting at all, was trying few times-just HTC bootscreen 10min+, wasnt waiting more).Thx for reply or some link to same topic, couldnt find any. Sry for bad english
