I am using a stock camera and i got boared with that one.Can anyone suggest me a good camera with recording?

I am using camera zoom fx. It's great but it uses stock video recording. It can edit pics and much more. The best thing is that I can take pics even if battery is under 15%.

Camera360 is great app for still shots but it doesn't have any video recording. For video try lg Camera in Market

To make the pic look like that he used instagram filters to name it in blue he used this symbol "#" and at least make it so people can understand what you asking for

He used an app to make the pic look like the cartoon effect its not instagram filters I've tried them all.

Only the guy who uploaded the pic will know for sure. There are tons of apps out there that can add effects and post-process pics, and some camera apps that can take pics with such effects added in.
There's also the possibility that someone hand-drew such a picture, and they took a photo of the drawing.
Again, only the uploader will know for sure.
He uses this on most his uploads its a rapper called the game btw! But he never replies when I ask what app

Its cool I'm not offended at all just got a little bit mad because indeed I didn't know what you meant I though of AP as in maybe APERTURE in photography its common and etc..
No hard feelings tho.

and what if the guy didn't create the photo using an app. maybe he just edited it in photoshop and uploaded it?
IF there is an app with a filter like that, im not aware of it. I guess i am able to recreate this effect in photoshop tho I personally don't like premade presets like these build in in istagram.

It's called, Smart Sharpen within photoshop.

My theory on how he did it, if it wasn't like that already - as the photographer probably didn't shoot it himself, if he did, i'm pretty sure he wouldn't of used an android phone to do it on.

this is not about the # read the post before you comment its a rapper he's not going to use Photoshop its paper camera he used. Is that so hard to believe.

I think this camera google horrible to work both in focus setting as the choice of flash, but it would be interesting to put a cyber shot in place.

Those don't work in CM ROMs,
Due to sony framework and missing lib.

The second (lots of trees and a bird) was taken at the university I currently study.

I use this app, it is very good for photos ... with a touch of the screen it capitura ...
if you want to test follows the attached apk and install .. some fotos.só
