Anyone having problems with ther youtube widget not loading correctly
anybody? must be just my phone
I am having the same issue. I thought it may be something to do with Launcher Pro, however, I went back to the stock launcher to test it out and it is happening as well.
Every once and a while it works.. More often than not, it does not.
I'm having the same issue with my spark 360 live widget. Some times it works sometimes it doesn't.
Maybe your sex tube is conflicting with it hahahaha

Same issue.......don't know what's the problem.....
Mine just shows loading symbol as well...
Also when I get advertisements before the music videos shown by Vevo it takes a long time to load the advertisement and constantly skips, but the video itself plays smoothly.

So when I watch youtube video (just trough the youtube app) the clip will freeze half a second or less like every couple of seconds. This is not always the case but it happens a lot.
It might be only when the movie is still loading but I'm not sure.
Anyway, is this normal?

No, that is not normal, I've never had any problems.

Instagram works fine for me on ICS also, but the problem lies in uploading a picture and applying a filter. It locks up the phone and causes a reboot.
Facebook/microsoft xonspiracy to not let facebook work with new google os lol...all im saying

i dont use filters though
so you can take a pic, or upload a pic from a galley,use no filters, and instagram works fine?

Ive just downloaded instagram on the late4st ics leak and seems to be working just fine.

Nope. Once you get to the filters section it locks up.

Once again, browsing on Instagram works perfectly fine. Try posting a picture. Even DesignGears said that the new leak doesn't fix the freezing problem so I doubt you're right.
Well just browsing is no good, i browse, comment, and like from the PC program. Easier viewing in a grid instead of one by one phone scroll up
I only use my phone to upload pics, since that's not possible from a PC yet
Right so can anyone mod the app to work with out freezing the phone?

Not working for me either but I can easily overlook that one of very few issues with ics. Instagram is overrated anyway. I certainly wouldn't let it hold me back from the latest and greatest OS on the planet.

They just released an update and the filters work fine now.
They addressed it in the "What's new" section too

still has some issues.
Posting from gallery results in a black picture. It seems a little laggy, but at least it hasn't crashed on me yet.

1+ posting from the gallery results in you uploading a black pic, haven't taken a pic with the instagram camera yet, but according to your screenshot that works fine....
hopefully another minor update will solve the remaining issues.

Yes, it seems to work whenever it wants. I still didn't get a crash yet, but I do get some flickering and lag.

Alright...so I just downloaded the Facebook App for my phone, and when I attempt to upload a new status message, the app just force closes itself. I want to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for this?
I am not sure if this makes a difference, but I am currently running on Slim ICS.
Facebook has been...and probably will be the single most hated app ever created that everyone has.
Every single version made never works right.
I've actually sat my phone on to of my router...with all other processes off......and still took 4min to even open the app

Yeah, I am starting to hate it myself now, however, mines does not load that slow. My only problem is I cannot post status updates..and I don't feel like using a web browser to log on and do it.

Friend of mine using samsung 7plus on stock rom also having the same problem..still cannot resolve...if u dont mind..u can use other facebook apps..such as friendcaster..

I'll try it out and see if it would work for me. If not, then I guess I am stuck using the web browser method.

Haha, but mines does not work at all ever since all the updates. Has been really annoying having to log on to FB using a web browser (I use Chrome Beta or Dolphin. Either works for me) and having to update my status like that. Mines does not FC, but only when trying to update my status. Otherwise, I can basically do everything else, just cannot write a new status update.
It seems to work perfect in diferent roms. I been using euphoria for a few days and it works like a charm

Yeah, I know what you mean about the battery thing. That's why I just stopped using it, and from one of the suggestions on top, used Friendcaster up until when I deactivated my account about 5 days ago. I agree with that person that it is not perfect, but at least it gets the job done.

Max Payne is finally out! The only problem is that the touch controls do not come up on my note. So I basically can't play the game. Anyone else having this problem?

Sad that this is one of only a few phones this game is supposed to work with and it doesn't. I have the same problem. Tried changing resolution, hiding and unhiding joysticks but nothing works. Kinda lame. And of course it takes over 15 minutes to download the extra required files before you can play, so no refund.

Works fine on mine, running stock rom with some mods. All my controls show on the screen. The only time the movement controls show is when i touch the screen and use it to move but it is SUPPOSED to be like that because you can initiate the controls anywhere on the left and right of the screen.
Same issue. It says not supported in market so i got the APk downloaded it all no screen controls and six axis doesn't work with it only the spas is working no buttons or anything

Stock gb or ics rom?
I tried freezing all emulators and sixasis after clearing their caches and no luck.
Then I tried connecting with the PS3 controller after verifying it worked with GTA3 and still no luck. Can only strafe with the dpad.

Gb or ics?
Hey guys so in this thread just post what kind of problems do you have in 4.3 a lot of different people have said different things but the one major bug I have is when im looking at the battery itll be at say 80% for like a few minutes and then drop 2% immediately
Ive seen a few people with this problem on the Xperia Care forum

YouTube has been playing up on me since 4.3.
Plays half a video then spaz's out and restarts the video.
Only way ive found to fix is clear data and reinstall the updates!
Pain in the ass.

Do you have recovery installed? If yes, wipe cache and dalvik.
Well for me I had a massive problem where trying to play certain videos on the stock movies app would stuff up and the app would freeze.
I had to wait it out for it to crash but after that, YouTube wouldn't open, Facebook wouldn't and a few other apps wouldn't either. But to fix it, just restarted the phone but the stock movie app was still not working so I just had to download MX Player and use that instead

Yeah, I think it's more the videos that stuffed up but now it made my whole movies app messed up, I haven't touched it ever since though so I guess it could have fixed itself?
The videos wouldn't play through MX Player either. But I can live without those videos lol

I don't have any of these. I upgraded from rooted .257 to .290 using @[NUT]'s method, and everything works perfectly. On top of that, using this method you don't even lose your data.

Under the Xperia Connectivity option - there is an option called 'Screen mirroring'.
When you click on that, the only option after that is 'Turn on Screen mirroring' and when you press that it comes up with a prompt saying to make sure the output device is ready to connect and it starts searching.
In my case, it finds my Samsung Smart TV once I enable screen mirroring on the TV - but when it starts connecting, it says connected for a second and then a prompt comes up on both screens saying that the screen mirroring has ended - the connection never gets established.
Not that big of a deal, but anyone on 4.3 experiencing camera error once in a while, and then if you just re open camera, it'll work again?
