Oh ... that's really bad !
Phone just bought, so you may go back to the store and ask for help or another phone there?
Ok, a hard reset will erase more than only the "unblock" code.
As you do not have any personal data on the phone, and you won't lose anything, you can just try to reset your phone.
Good luck !

Give it a try but Ive read that sometimes it wont work because its not personal data its a security setting.Hope it works but id be doughtful or there wouldnt be any point in putting one in if it was that easy to get rid of.If you know the firmware you have you could root it and format the system.

Take it to a Samsung service center with proof its yours sales bill etc and they reset your handset... Some do charge for this service..

I can't go to service..so a hard reset will delete all?
Or what i can do ?!

Well is your bad at the end of the day...
Look at it this way you may of found said fone it may of been stolen what ever the case may or may not be you can enter a service center with proof of purchase Samsung will unblock and unlock fones as said some change for this service all depends on your location....To me it seem strange you went out and bought your fone but cant get to or ship the fone to Samsung.
As it stands now you cant use that fone so even if you shipped it to Sammy you still be withoiut a phone no matter which way you look at it...

What exactly is a 'deblock code'? The code when unlocking the phone or a network unlock code? Just a curious passer by.

Lol bro,i'm now in another country and i can't go to samsung
Yeah,Unlocking code

So you bought the phone and left the country in the same day
Sounds like you robbed a banked. Are you talking about the device pin code or another blocking code like go locker?

Devince...
Yesterday i bought(at 12:00 Germany) and today i arrived in my country..
Yes,pin unlocker phone no go locker

Why don't you just root it and use one of the many apps that are available to unlock it? That's what I did and it worked just fine. If you do proceed to do it, make sure you back up your EFS!

If its a device PIN Lock then a Factory Reset wont work because a Factory Reset wipes personal data and a Device Pin Lock is a security setting. You do however have a few options,
1.Find your receipt and find a Service Centre in your country and HOPE (and probably pay) they will unlock it as Samsung are global.
2.Root your device with a CF-Root kernel and format it completely in "mounts and Storage".This formats System,Data and Cache but you need to know what firmware it has to use the correct kernel and not brick your phone.(differing reports of this working but mostly it does).
3.Root and use and app from the market as posted from the user prior to my post but once again the problem of the correct kernel pops-up.
You main disadvantage is that its a security thing. They are put there to piss people off.Only its a bugger when its the owner

It's an unlocker (with points, need to do a lane or something)
I think i will go to an service..
But,who i can do the 2 ? Cf root?
I'm noob...

You need to know the Firmware it has to match the kernel. The rest I can guide you BUT if you dont not know the Firmware or kernel you WILL BRICK your phone.

[Q] Will it get locked again

Hi,
I have an unlocked T-Mo Vibrant. I bought it from a guy from Craigslist. I didn't had the time to remove the primary account of the previous owner.I cant access the market for this reason.
What i need to do so that i can use my own Google account as the primary account?
If i do a hard reset will the phone again be locked to T-Mo?It is running the official 2.1update1.
I am currently in india, so cant ask the guy again to unlock it for me and i am simply novice in Android though i love my phone .
Thanks,
Suman

Do what I did - except I didn't need to reset the phone, but if you do, you should be ok.
Reset it to factory specs, then use the WiFi to access the market. As long as you have an account ready to register with Google. Get the SGS tool or whatever it is you need and you're set.
I'm no expert but that's how I accessed the Market.
If i reset it to factory settings the phone again wont get locked to the carrier....right?
Is there any other way other than factory resetting to remove the primary account.

[Q] Help please, unlock S2 currently on Orange UK

I was given a new S2 on Orange (running ICS) which I didn't want or need, so I sold it. The person who bought it said she wanted an unlocked phone to use on another network and I told her she could get this phone unlocked, either for free, if she googled it (using a couple of apps that root then unlock) or from most phone shops. She bought it on that proviso.
I received a call from her today - she is complaining that she tried the "free" way - which didn't work, then tried a number of phone shops, every one of which said that the phone couldn't be unlocked.
She may have done the "free" way incorrectly therefore making it impossible for the phone to now be unlocked. I feel somewhat responsible but don't want to take back the phone now. I said I would call in to try to help her when I'm next in her area. Is there anything I can do to get the phone unlocked now?
Any help and advice would be very welcome and thank you in advance.
I doubt there is anything that can be done and the assistance you are asking may not be forthcoming from this forum.

Whoever tries to unlock the phone will need some basic knowledge in this area and needs to understand all the risks associated with this process. If you can tick off these two boxes just follow a few simple steps (just done that myself and can confirm it works fine):
1. Root your GS2 (plenty of threads on this forum)
2. Go to Google Play and search for "Galaxy S Unlock", the author is "Helroz".
3. Run the app from step 2. Go to "Unlock SGSII" tab on the top of the screen.
4. Tap on the first item:"Step 1 Backup files...."
5. Tap on the second item:"Step 2 Change lock-bytes", and wait until your phone restarts.
That's it.
No chance. If mobile repair shops can't unlock it, no way anything from Google Play (or anywhere else, Unlock SGSII included) will unlock it. Somebody is paying for an unlock code from a carrier.

This is the way to do it. It works because i did it this way 2 months ago on my orange uk I9100P last week on my draughts new I9100P. You might have to update your bussybox that's all
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
Many thanks to everyone for their inputs, I really appreciate it. I'll be trying today/tomorrow to sort it and will update with result.
Cheers everyone.
All done successfully - many thanks to all who replied to my plea for help.
i am having samsung galaxy s2 I9100 .i brought it second hand.i dont know that it is not factory unlocked.now i flashed my s2 to leaked XXLSJ 4.2.1.now my device is asking for sim card unlock code.what should i do.....plzzzz help
OK first time in this forum, (so please be kind!!)
I'm not a total newbie to android - Google Nexus One - CM7.2 and SGS CM9.
Currently :
S2 GT-i9100P
Android 4.0.4
Baseband - I9100PBVLPB
Kernel - 3.0.15-I9100BULPC-CL332484
Build no. IMM76D.BVLPC
Was originally running 2.3.6 GB but updated via KIES to 4.0.4
Rooted with CF-Root
Yes, I have backed up my efs file
Yes. I have the dodgy emmc chip
NO!! Not bothered with NFC as probably gonna go CM10 when succesfully unlocked.
I've tried all the unlocking routes, free and paid (still waiting for several refunds!!). "Helroz" works, but if phone is restarted, have
to run app again to get unlock.
Does anyone have a permanent fix?
If it were for me, then no problem running Helroz every time, but it's for my daughter so want something permanent.
Going to go to a "phone shop" tomorrow to see what they can do....But much prefer to get it sorterd here with people that know and care!!
Thanks in advance
OK After MORE searching, finally found the thread for "GalaxySim Unlock 1.02" Duly downloaded and works a treat. I have thanked in that thread.

Full wipe before selling

Hello!
I currently have a phone that still has a 1 year warranty, and Im about to sell it.
Before doing so, I wanted to make sure that none of my files, accounts or whatever is reachable by the person buying the phone. How do I go about this, without voiding the warranty?
I heared that factory reset isnt 100% proof in this case?
Thanks!

You should definitely go for a factory reset and bypass the Google FRP protection.
Look through XDA for thread on how to do it.
If you hard reset it your warranty will be voided .

Is there a need to bypass FRP, if there is an option in the settings to perform the factory reset?
And Hard reset = Wipe with TWRP, for example?

Hard reset is the full reset with TWRP , this will void your warranty.
Factory reset is in your settings. If your device runs Android 8.1 , you'll find this option in System-->Reset Option ( or something like that)

Alright, and what the FRP is for ? Checked up on google, it looks like its a protection that doesnt allow someone randomly factory reset it, right?

Yes , that's a protection prevent someone to factory reset your phone , because he can do it without any password , and back in the day , that's how thiefs reset Android device to resell them .
Now you'll have to bypass it to be able to unlock it .
You can also connect to your phone after factory resetting and logout after unlocking if you aren't able to bypass this protection

FRP doesn't work like that , only your previous Google Account can unlock the device , so Google know it's you who has reset your device.

A10 locked to sprint no oem lock in developer options.

Hi!
New here, hope I am in the right place...I have limited tech skills (born pre cell phones and computers) I did manage to install a custom ROM on an old HTC years ago, and thought I could do it again!
I have a Samsung A10e (SM-A102U) locked to sprint.
I can get the developer options but can't get the OEM unlock option. I also can't wait 7 days. Have tried a few things with the date and turning off updates etc, nothing worked. Here is what I am trying to do in order (please correct me if it is the wrong order) Ultimately I want my phone unlocked for use with any sim, and install a custom rom, to remove some bloatware. Could I wipe the phone totally take it to a piece of memory with no ROM and then re-load it, or use ADB to do it? Please excuse my ignorance - if I sound clueless I kinda am!
1. Unlock the bootloader
2. Install TWRP
3. Install custom ROM
It has taken me days of searching but to no avail, literally pulling my hair out. Happy to buy a beer for anyone that helps!
Wow,thanks...
Response has been overwhelming...

I have the exact same question.
it will not happen alot of us based carriers will lock down the phone via bootloader our best option is to find combination firmware and hopefully find root that way assuming that method still works.
Same situation here with Verizon. And sorry to tell you but I don't think anything will happen for you after seven days either, at least nothing did for me. I've spent a long time trying to get past this with no success, trying every trick I've found (the changing the date manually trick, factory resetting and trying on WiFi, etc.).
Also, using the app "Settings Database Editor," I've found the config/property where OEM bootloader unlock has been disabled:
"sys.oem_unlock_allowed" "0"
Screenshot here.
I'm hoping maybe we can edit that property via ADB or something. I'm not really holding out any hope here though. :-/
One other random discovery (not really helpful or relevant for our OEM bootloader unlock goal, but something I discovered while trying to obtain unlock): I believe I discovered a firmware error (at least on the Verizon build). When you hold volume up + power together for about 30 seconds, the phone shows the recovery menu for a split second but then instantly/immediately wipes all data and factory resets, without ever allowing the user to choose their own recovery menu selection and without giving any reset confirmation prompt before instantly wiping all user data. It's not supposed to work that way, according to the phone's user manual/Samsung technical support instruction. It's actually really pissed me off because I've triggered this instant reset twice now by accident just by having the phone in my back pocket and sitting down. I go to pick up my phone from my pocket and notice the screen is on and then discover everything was wiped. Very annoying! I called Samsung customer support twice to try to explain that I believe there to be a firmware error present (at least on Verizon models) but they didn't seem to care/their support script told them to have me take the device to some local authorized third-party screen repair place. One good outcome I've discovered from factory resetting the phone is that you can at least avoid enrolling the phone in part of the Knox security crap, the "kme" protection. I originally couldn't use remote apps like TeamViewer or AnyDesk without some stupid "Protected by Knox" notification popping up and then my remote app instantly exiting. Made me so angry. But now I'm able to use those apps without any issue. Though, the phone does try to have me agree to enroll in kme protection or whatever about once a day and I have to manually close the enrollment agreement form that pops up.

I've had the same issue with entire A series. All OEM's are disabled regardless of carrier. It seems to be part of Samsung's firmware. After nothing but dead ends and contacting samsung directly i was left scratching my head. Came here searching for some insights I may have overlooked.
-Enable developer options
-Enable wifi
-Join a network
-Change date to 10 days forward
-Reboot phone
-OEM unlock will be available
Thank me later

Because as far as I'm aware, it's been impossible to unlock bootloader for years
I actually purchased this phone from Metro last week after searching for it on XDA and seeing that is was BL unlockable. I didn't realize any the time that this was only the international variants. Good luck to all devs whose skillset is better than my own.

No matter about root. but I converted many of Samsung A10e to international variant to remove any boost metropcs or any other networks bloatware application.
you can also do it without any issue. Simply flash A102U1 Firmware. I m not sure that it will work on Network Locked/Sim locked devices. I flash and convert it after using a remote unlocking service which already changed the CSC version of EFS to XAA from the BST csc...
XAA is for US Unlocked Without carrier locked phones and BST for Boost mobile carrier only which came with lots of boost bloatwares but maybe that A10e boost remote unlock service saved me.
check the screenshot attached.

RE:Help for lockpattern on huawei honor9

Hello,
I have Huawei Honor 9 STF-AL10(al09) (chinese version 6gb/128gb) which can not unlock. Before some days i gave the phone to my child for playing, then he put lock pattern and he forget it next day.I was using my phone with my fingerprint ,whitout know the lockpattern, and some days later, it says fingerprint suspend - pattern required. And i am trying everything and cannot unlock it. I know the email which is connect the phone, i try when open it in google devices, but is not allowed USB debug and not allowed Find my phone and cannot unlock. Is there have any way to unlock and keep information in. I have a lot of doc, notes and some apps.
I need to save everything as it is inside.
I can wipe and recover, but i need to save everything.
Is there any software do this(doesn't matter if its paying).
Until somedays i have option every 1 hours to try 3 times, but from now is every 24 hours only 1 time.
Or, if there have any way to unlock again with my fingerprint and after that i will allow usb debug and remove lockpattern?
Please help.
Thanks!
Regards,
Georgi
Have you tried third party programs like dr.fone?
This article has some positive reviews, check it out as well.
You can't unlock bootloader on huawei devices so you can't recover data from it :/
If you're desperate you can follow this article here to unlock bootloader on your device, it's quite expensive though.
Also unlocking the bootloader wipes all data and that's obviously not what you want.
Should all of the above mentioned fail then I really think wiping it is the only option.
Should you succeed then do post what worked for you here so anyone viewing the thread in the future knows what to do.
I can do wipe data/cache from boot menu and i can reset it, i know the email and everything, but i need to save everything as it is inside.
I was thinking, if there have any way to bring again to unlock with the finger print and i will fix it.
It is not a problem, i will pay for Dr Fone, but i was write to them to ask, is the software can help me, without losing anything inside, but they not responding me.
I am trying any combination with lock pattern, but the problem is that now is only 1 try in 24hours and killing me.
Yes, If i find solution i will post it, to save a lot of searching for somebody else.

If you know the email then why not reset the pin?
You can't get the fingerprint to work if it says fingerprint suspended, it's a security feature in Huawei phones and you have to enter your pin.
Try sending it to an authorized service center, they may be able to help you.

What I mant by PIN is the device password, or lockpattern.
Did you try forgot my password?
If you have a Huawei ID and you're signed in on your device then follow this guide here.
If all of that failed as well then I'm sorry to inform you that your data is no longer recoverable.
Make sure to do regular backups to avoid this mistake again. I personally use this app.
Also turning on parental control mode when giving your device to your child is another way to avoid this happening again, I personally wouldn't blame my child for this.

I commend your determination annon, but please don't waste your time.
There is no way to recover the data. You don't have debugging mode on, no root, no unlocked bootloader or custom recovery, you don't have a Huawei ID, and google account/google find my device doesn't work.
I don't mean to interfere in your family issues, but as I said I wouldn't blame my child for it. Judging from the way you spoke they're still young.
Instead I'll turn on parental control mode before giving my device.
I will try to find a way with fastboot, if there have some way to do it, i can see the device in ADB terminal , it recognize it at fastboot device, when start the phone in fastboot recovery menu.
Yes, he is 8 year old, i'm not blame him, they are child - it is normal for them.
