I've never used supercharger, I take that back. I have used it but don't know to much about it. I'd seriously create the zip myself but considering I have no access to a computer that might prove difficult

System/pre-installed apps are installed in /system/app
just pack any app back into .apk using bluetooth file transfer

What do you want the file to do? Are you making an application? Are you modifying an existing appliction? Are you theming?
An .apk file is just a file that has an .apk extension. How to make it all depends on what you want it to do.

use eclipse. it is an IDE that can compile apk for you.
google for it.
