This thread is not about Photon, It is about me and I need some serious help. From my post here, most of you know me. Single, live in great upscale neighborhood, cool job. I don't do drugs, drink some. I walk around crib in boxers, scratch myself, fart, leave the toliet seat up, I'm me.
Was at local bar Monday and a local lesbian (she is cool) asked me if I knew someone that had a room for rent. I don't. She told me about lesbian friend that needed a room. Sorry, no clue. Why cant she stay with you I asked. She is still living with Ex. She asked about my crib! I told her (and seriously) I really don't play well with others! I have my TV's, Pool Table, 3 Computers (don't ask!) Actually 4 computers with job.................No, I cannot live with anyone.
THEN, I met said lesbian. On a scale of 1 to 10, she is the square root of 1Tb devided by 69 plus 10 to the square of 2!!!!!!!!!!!! If you google Ice-T and Coco, she is Coco with Black hair and light blue eyes that will melt mear mortal men. 5'11", Soft spoken, laid back. Told me she is quite and just needs a few months as she just moved back from West Coast. After I dropped $75.00 on food and drinks, I told her I would think about it. To be honest, she can have my crib and my check, I cannot get her off my mind!!
And you really want to know how bad it is, I came to work today and left Photon at home!!
Now she is staying with friends in the hood (My brother lives that way and I don't visit him!) on one hand, I want to help. On the other hand, I'm a man and.......I dont know. I'm going to lunch!
Sally! She probably needs to know stuff up front. Boxers, etc.
Personally I wouldn't. I am not a trusting person, especially with all of your loot scattered around the house.

WHAT????
OMG did ya rub Aladdins lamp & forget what ya asked for last time you was drunk..Cmon!! Thats like the best situation any single bachelor would want, Make her leave a deposit if ya worried...
Well now that I have eaten, I decided i am NOT going to give her my spare room. Nothing good can come from it. First time I see her come out of shower it's over. I'm a dog. My ex-wife will tell you that. My mother will tell you that. He** even my Doctor will tell you that as he gives me Rx for my peepee!!! (I gotta get picture of me and the Lesibans?)
Actually, this entire mess is the Photons fault!!! The original lesiban also has OtterBox and started asking me phone questions. Then she wanted to know what Hennessy taste like. Then bumming smokes..............I need to meet a stright chick!!!
True, it is a recipe for disaster.
What happens when work sends you away again? You come to an empty house. You don't exactly have the worlds best track record with women, according to your posts. You'll move her in, next thing you know you're paying for her cell minutes, clothes, car, nose candy, etc.

I have pretty much made up my mind it 100% no. This is a mess waiting to happen and I have no way to win.
From my understanding, what she is paying in the hood she could never make it 1/2 way to my neighborhood.
2. Unless you have 725 Credit Score and $100K renters insurance your not coming to my hood. Next, you have to physically go to UGI and PP&L and get the utilities in YOUR Name before they will give you keys. Which is why she is looking for the roommate deal.
3. What happens if I get some a**, what do I do with her? (Or do I have to fight the lesibin?)
Anyway, its a no win situation where I will get f**ked, in a bad way, if I let her, or anyone else, stay with me!

I just wanted to take a moment in between our tech obsession to remember the people who were lost on 9/11/01 ..growing up in NY this day means alot to me and makes me want to give thanks to the nypd and nyfd, many who were lost attempting to save others. Also to the service men who continue to protect our freedom. You are all heros
AMEN! 10 char

I still can't believe those *****es would do something so horrific to not only our country but to human life in general.
I've been watching all of these 9/11 documentaries the whole week, it breaks my heart to know so many innocent people lost their lives that day. 2200+ innocent people man.
My heart goes out to all of the families that lost loved ones.
Nice thread, let's remember all the fallen heroes and family members that were lost on that day. May god watch over the fallen ones and their family's.

It was horrible ..I was watching from Staten island while the towers collapsed and destroyed Manhattan. I can barely stand to watch the documentaries since they make me cry like a school girl ..the destruction was so complete and the skyline will never be the same. But during this time it also showed the resolve if people ...while people were trying to run across the Brooklyn bridge other were running towards the towers to assist in anyway they could. It is burned into my brain forever ..the smell the dust the desperate people searching for loved ones .. I have since left NY but when you go back you still expect to see the towers there dominating the skyline

Agreed. Very sad and my thoughts and prayers go out to all the family's who lost love ones on that day.
While living in NY at the time it happened, I can tell you I have never seen people come together as one as they did at that time. It didn't matter if you were black, white, chinese, jewish, mexican, etc, at that point in time you were just an American and nothing else mattered!
I wish we could live like that every day and not need such a tragedy to bring people together for a short period of time.
Yea. .ppl did come together that day ..comforting complete strangers. Picking them up off the ground while trying to escape falling debris and the dust cloud that engulfed everything ..it was unbelievable

America is full of spirit today. I love it.
I remember I was sitting on social studies class in high school. I had just bought my two way pager (motorola time port p935) the day before, and I got an alert while I was in class saying that two towers had just been struck by planes. I tried several times to tell my teacher to turn on the tv. He kept askin me "why". I couldn't tell him how I knew, because he would have took my two way. About 5 minutes later, the teacher from the next class came in and told him to turn on the tv. That's when I first saw it.
I'll never forget that moment. I'm not a person to cry much. But I did that when I saw it.
Amen to that, I will never for get that day. I was in school when they were hit and remember watching the news after the first one struck. Then my mom came and got about a half hour after the second hit. God bless all.
Yes. That is a day I will always remember. God bless the USA!

My cousin crystal worked in tower 2 back then...as fate would have it she had to go to her other office for a meeting which was a half a block away ..to make a Long story short, she lost all if her Co workers that day ..I'm am lucky that I didn't lose anyone close that day ..but if your a new Yorker it's. Almost impossible to not know someone who was lost ..

I was getting dressed for my 3rd grade class that shocking morning. I knew what happened and how bad it was. I just didn't know how hurtful it was. This year, It's hitting me like a ton if bricks... Wish there was something that could do. My heart goes out to all innocent lives lost, by our known two legged heroes, and our less appreciated four legged heroes.

I got a chuckle from this, thought id share
Received this text this morning from wifey (see screenshot)
For the first night in forever, i didn't touch my actual computer ... and sat on the couch with my wife. Which was fine, since i had my TFP with me to crush any withdrawals i might have.
Now as a different note, she wants to "talk about life" now that she see's i can sit on the couch. Any married people out there know wtf that means, and what i should prepare for???
Never thought the TFP would change my life THAT MUCH!
It's hard to tell, it seems like she might be about to hit you with something. Whenever they say lets talk thats trouble, talking should be natural not told to do so.
I'm curious how you go "in" your computer.
Maybe she wants a baby?
Dude at least you can use your prime, my wife always wants to steal it to play AngryBirds/Where's my water...
In my experience, usually women just want to spend time with you when they wanna "talk about life". Just give her your full attention, imho thats more important then what you actually talk about^^ If she's a talker you ask "so how are you" and listen and nod and sometimes paraphrase what she just said. If she's a listener well I guess you just tell her the imba stuff you can do with your prime
Cheers mate!

Uh Oh!
My ex-wife started our last conversation as a married couple with that line.
Just kidding. We actually spoke quite a bit, right up to the divorce.
I was impossible to live with! I'm sure your wifey just wants to spend more time with you.

It's about time, balance your free time between her and your hobbies, but just give her more time, you'll avoid any issues by following this advice.
Women are funny that way. It's not necessarily what you're doing with them, but that you're just in the same room. Mine's the same way: before, I'd do my early evening browsing, RSS catchup, and such on my desktop or notebook, but not usually in the same room where she's cooking dinner.
Now that I have the Prime (although to be precise it actually started with the original Transformer), I can do exactly the same stuff, but sit in the same room with her. And she's happier.
Go figure.

Rsarno, I think you should dedicate time everyday AWAY from your prime/PC to talk about her day (and yours). Let me know how that goes.
The problem is now she'll expect you on the couch every night. Long gone are the nights of reddit, wow or SWTOR. You are now available. If she wants to talk about having a baby. Kiss the rest of your life goodbye. Those long sessions of doing anything you want...gone. Your life now revolves around a small devil that bursts forth from your wifes once attractive area...now it's only seen as a baby maker and is no longer sexy.
Yeah...welcome to my world buddy.

Come on Guys !!!!
Surely you know by now when the Wife says we gotta Talk it actually means ...You're gonna sit & listen !!!!
Darn I hope "she who must be obeyed" don't read this LMAO
My wife is kind of going the other way, let me explain.
I am 41 y.o, always been a gamer. My wife is 36, doesn't really understand hard core gaming and the time it takes to get decent at it. She would always give me **** about how much time I was playing games instead of hanging out with her. We have 2 kids 5 and 8.
So last summer/fall I helped coach my son in football and the wife and I became friends with this group of people (coaches and wives). The coaches started talking about MW3 and how much fun it is to play.
Fast forward to about a week ago, I come home and see MW3 sitting on the couch, I asked "Did you buy this?", she says yes. In the back of my head I am like no way, she hates this stuff. I set it up for her to play, I wanted her to get a feel of how the game plays. She comes up from playing, eyes huge like someone thats been on a 2 day bender. The first thing she says to me is "This is like crack, so fun!!!"
I looked at her and said, now you know why I would disappear for hours on end playing against my friends. She looked at me kind of sad face and said "sorry, if only I had known how fun it was and to play and talk to friends no matter where they are, I would've done this a long time ago."
Needless to say, it is never too late to try something.
It's over dude.

Haha thats what I tell her all the time. But she wants MORE!!
I see alot of member's signature's with Military comments, so I wanted to take a minute to say hello and introduce myself! Some things to clear the air......
1. I was never in a war.
2. I never killed anyone.
3. I was never in Special Ops!
4. I have seen an A1 Abrams Tank, HUGE! (They would not let me play with it!)
5. When I was a member of Division Schools, I signed up for B.U.D. School. My black ass lasted 2 hours before they kicked my ass out!!! (Did get free trip to Hawaii?)
6. I went to Team Sprit in South Korea in 1982. I found that my peepee dont work at 30 below zero!!! Even if you get hooker, your stuck!
7. I tried boxing one year. Round one I beat the crap out of Puerto Rican in Army. Round two, I beat the crap out of him again. Round three, I was too tired to lift my arms, I tried to run the Puerto Rican took a liking to my ribs. I lost!
8. I went to jail twice in Japan. Once, we were all riding in a Duce 1/2 heading to Kadena Air Base and we had bright idea to all try our gas mask. Japaneese PoPo did not like that joke!
9. I did J.E.S.T (Jungle Enviroment Surival Training) in the Phillipines. It took them 6 month of canceellation before they put me in this one week course. I walked the streets of Subic Bay for 6 months! One thing I did learn, If you do not eat for 3 days, everything taste like chicken!
10. Getting around a Aircraft carrier is not as easy as one might think!!
Speaking of Aircraft carrier's, if you seen that movie with Owen Wilson "Behind Enemy Lines" Where that aircraft carrier is out at sea alone, that filiming is BS! You will NEVER see an Aircraft Carrier alone unless it's docked!!! It's pack of support ships, destroyers, sub always leaave first to support it. Same with reverse, That carrier docks first before anyone comes home!
What's up,
SGT. Moonz, reporting.
Wanted to introduce myself too, I was in the Army, Active duty for 7 years (02-09)
I was stationed in Kitzingen, Germany for 3 years then in a NATO unit in Naples, Italy. Was also stationed in Ft Gordon, Georgia and Ft Huachuca, Arizona.
2 combat tours in Bahgdad Iraq.
First tour I was the Lead gunner on my Co. Convoy team, over 300 logged Combat Patrols.
Second tour I was a team leader for my commo team, attached to the 2nd Infantry div. And 10th Mountain div. In tiny J.S.S.'s (joint service stations with Iraqi forces) and C.O.P.'s (combat out posts) in Bahgdad. I don't want to get into all the other stuff but, just wanted to checkin and say Hoooooaah.

After that, I wanted to do Recruting to get E6 but was shipped off to Special Duty at Public Affairs at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. I guy from my hometown was also a System Programmer, got out and got job making $33,000.00 a year. As soon as my enlistment was up, I got out and got job with Rick!!! $33K in 1987 was serious loot!!

I have family in virtually all branches of the service and its fun to sit around a camp fire with them (having a few beers, of course) and listen to some of their stories. Its amazing the things that they have seen and experienced.
My favorite story is the one my grandfather tells about watching the guys raise the flag on Iwo Jima. He as down a little ways on the hillside when it happened and says that it was a pretty powerful experience. He was in the Marines. In fact, they invited him back to Iwo Jima not to long ago to reunite with other Marines that fought there. I don't think there were many of them still alive. To this day he doesn't want to go on a cruise because he says that he has "spent enough time on the damn ocean."

Just want to rant out .
I hate thieves with a passion , no life scum .
Any ways ill start off by saying that I am a junior in high school , my first hour class is gym . By the time gym class ended and i was out of my gym clothes I sat down in a bench waiting for the bell to ring ( usually takes 10 mins) to move onto my second class .
Anyways I set my phone down right next to me so I can think for a while (there was a group of 3 sitting 3 steps up) , and after 10 mins passed , the bell rang . I got up put on my back pack and I walked down a foot then I realized I didn't felt my phone in my pocket . I looked back as everyone was leaving , and I see this guy quickly drop his back pack where I thought I left my phone .
He looked at me ,waiting for me to leave (as I was too staring at him knowing my phone was possibly there ) so he can grab my phone . After about 5 seconds he lifts his back pack ( knowing I was not going to leave ) and he tries to act suprised saying " oh here's your phone " .
I snatched it without saying a word , and left very angrily .
Now I'm reminiscing ,thinking how mad I would of been of I completely forgot my baby and that low life scum stole it.
What can I say ? *****es love the 3D
I think it would be pretty stupid to steal any Sprint/Verizon phone. One phonecall and phone turns into a paperweight. As much as "*****es love 3D" I just think it was more of "ooh shiny, let me take that" than "OMG Evo 3D!"

Oh ya I had plenty of electronics stolen in junior high. It doesn't get better in high school man. You eventually learn to make sure you always know where your s*** is at all times.
It sucks to have to, but kids at that age have no responsible way of thinking.
At least you still walked away with it

Happened to me once, but I had to chase the guy, then after a while he got tired and stopped and looked at me straight in the eye, I said "Give my phone back", he said "I don't have it" (Quick note, my phone has an extended battery which makes my phone look huge, so it looked like he had a big brick in his pocket or my phone, and last one I checked no one carries a big brick to Music class) , I pushed him against the wall and he said , "I found the phone , I was gonna return it to the front office, you big baby can't live without your phone". Now he won't stop calling me a big baby because I cry about my phone. But I assure you something, spend your entire summer earning hard earned cash to buy yourself a 3D, then come back and talk. When its yours you really care about it, most thieves have nothing to care about. That's why they don't care about going to jail. So if you get in a fight to get something YOU payed for, you're not crying or anything. It's not much of the phone. It's the anger that they can get away with stealing someone's hard earned item.

I live in Texas and most summer days are 105 degrees Fahrenheit. At the least like 99 Fahrenheit. And if lucky, a cool 96 Fahrenheit. And I had to work helping my dad in construction, roofing and other labor work. Yes, roofing carrying big packages in a 100 degree Fahrenheit day.

I know how you feel man . I work in a bakery , and during the summers in that bakery it gets so hot ( ya know because of the big monstrous 17x30 ft oven ) . It's about 100 degrees in there . Not to mention the 100 pounds flower bags we have to carry around .

I encourage anyone with an android phone worth more than 150$ to drop the money on Cerberus. It will be the best protection you will ever be able to get for your phone, next to installing some sort of beacon to it.
Pimp slap those *****es....
Ps... It's a phone you big baby lol. Jk.

I've never had anything stolen from me,
But there was this one time when i was a kid, I lived in Kenya, and thieves broke into our house. I remember the alarm going off, went downstairs a while later when things calmed down and saw my PlayStation 2 pulled out from the TV Cabinet. Lucky for me they were probably trying to pull it straight out instead of taking the wires out, but the alarm went off so they must have had a last attempt to pull it straight out, BUT the wires were all tangled and it didnt come out xD!
I woulda cried if they took it! I loved my PS2!

Well to make a long story short. I shifted my jeep an my phone in the ottervox was on my dash. I had the doors an tip off an bam my phone goes flying by me. I hurried up an pulled around unto a park an ran out on us12 ( a main highway in my town) . The screen was on an I could see my phone unharmed. I was so happy that my otterbox protected it. There ewere cars comin so I waited just as I see a truck switch lanes an run over my phone. I ran out to it pissed off an I see. The screen shattered an dead pixels on the bottom. My otterbox was smashed to pieces an I inspected my phone. The touch still works but the left half of the screen is black. An I can't read the bottom half of my phone. I'm makin a claim an they are sendin me a s2. So I won't be here much longer. I liked this phone too. I'll post pictures later. Just wanted to say my farewells to this forum. See yah later guys!

believe it or not i actually love this phone,
i don't know what you're talking about
Wow that really bites! I see the silver lining here though, at least you didn't get smashed by the truck while playing in the highway
I'm sure you'll be happy with the Samsung. I'll be getting a Samsung next.
I also love what the devs do for us, but don't feel bad about not thanking anyone when your phone just got smashed. If my phone were smashed, I'd be cussing rather than thanking.
Its a cryin shame that was the last Evo 3D on the planet.

Sorry to here about your loss. Pretty dramatic post to say the least and I feel for you. Personally I think the story wold have hit home for me a bit better if that donate button would had been removed. Kinda looks like you are still asking for donations with a sad story.
That is not to say this was your intent, simply to say what it looks like. I am not a troll and I simply wish you the best...laters.

I'll answer your question with a question.
Why do people start useless farewell threads?
Farewell threads are troll bait and really are not needed. I'm not a fan of them if you can't tell. I'll leave this open for the time being, but you can expect it to close at some point (because undoubtedly the trolls will come).
And side note, too bad they gave you a Crapsung device, If my only option was an iPhone or a Samsung, I'd take the iPhone and I hate Apple with such a passion that every time I even see an apple in the grocery store I want to blow the place up, but I hate Samsung even more, they make crap phones. I've owned a couple Samsung phones and they've all been total feces, wouldn't work half the time and the other half they locked up.
