[Installation Guide]
1.Extract the file
2.Open => ICS 4.0 [DeXtr]00
3.Follow Instructions =>turn phone off, connect usb, hold down volume down[Not really sure ]

Put in Fastboot Mode . Volume Up ,then plug in the USB , Wait until Blue LED Lights up

In new beta dont work wi-fi and bloetooth.
