I think Dmeadows was working on a port of it , but then shifted more towards CM9. Miui would be cool though as well , either one would be a nice change of pace

I've always loved MIUI, and would love for a port to happen.
Look at miui.us and see how many HTC phones are supported. Then go look at cyanogenmod.com and do the same. Its only a matter of time

If you place an app on top of another, it'll create a folder that resembles iOS in a way.

Yup - its got a few little differences though - like the app menu icon on the right hand side which you dont seem to be able to move.
obviously other alternatives are apex/nova etc.
Not asking for an eta, just haven't really kept up with the topic.... are we close? Or is it still off in the horizon?
