[Q] HD2 Won't Boot - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I am having trouble trying to boot my HD2. Sometimes it will stay on the screen with the purple circle and other times it will just loop showing the circle then resetting. The problem began this morning after I tried to restart it after networking issues. After a few failed attempts it managed to restart but showing the welcome steps and when it finally loaded all my HTC Sense settings and texts were gone however my contacts and files remained. I have restarted it since and it has not been able to boot. I have not tried hard resetting it yet as I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve the data from the device before doing so or if there is a solution to the booting problem.
Many thanks in advance.

[Q] HTC HD2 bircked???

Dear friends,
I installed Artemis V.22 in my HTC HD2 two months ago... was working fine until I had problems booting. First I tried leaving the telephone without battery for some hours and it got fixed but then I tried reseting (vol.up at start up).
The telephone turned really unstable. It ran but was bloqued by many application's bugs (I think) so I had to soft reset it (red button) many times and even hard resetting (vol.up) some.
Usually it started again with the windows start-up process (setting hour, wifi connction, qüestion around the location authorisation...).
After some hard resets, the telephone is bloqued before the start up process. So the orange window of windows with the progress bar starts until the progress bar is full... but then it does not start the init process. It remains there.
Tried hard reset again (vol up) and leaving the battery out for some hours... no difference.
I have no option to Synchronize the telephone and install HSDP or any other ROM... I guess? So I suppose it is bircked.
Is there any way out? I tried to install HSDP Corulla but I think I need the sync...
With volume down I get the 3 color window with serial on the white... I thout that with Artemis the radio had changed but now I realize I can not load the ROM from the SD Card.
Thanks for your help!

[Q] Problem with freezing applications - how to unfreeze/defrost via PC

Hi guys,
Finally decided to bite the bullet and make an account.
Yesterday I bought my first android phone (LG Optimus 2x). Rooted it succesfully today and downloaded Bloat Freezer. I froze several applications successfully, but I think I went a step too far and froze somthing vital. Now my phone will not get past the intial 'StarHub' screen when turning on.
I have tried several things to try and fix this. I have tried unrooting the phone - this has not worked. I have also tried running the NVFlash and this has also yielded no results. I've tried the hard reset (holding volume keys when turning on) however it seems to freeze and nothing tends to happen.
My question therefore is, is it possible to defrost/unfreeze applications via computer?
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
Thanks!
exactly the problem I'm having now....hopefully this could do the trick for me http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1776723
Accidentally froze a system launcher. Not sure how to unfreeze it since i can't launch the app. screen is just blank.

Trying to recover a soft Bricked i9000

Hey
So this old i9000 phone came with some Horrible bloatware I wanted to get rid of.
I flashed a stock Rom with Odin, (I've done it many times before on a different i9000)and Wiped Data and Cache afterwards, And 3 different Roms give me this problem:
When the phone finally initializes, Everything keeps Stopping unexpectedly. I've tried to get to enabling ADB to maybe view the logcat but I can't even get to the settings.
I did notice in the recovery mod an error that said something about System/CSC/CEL/system not being accesible (And i'm surprised it's still there after 3 flashes, CEL being the CSC for the bloatware company)
What do I do?
Currently on Stock rom with stock recovery.
Edit:
Okay, I have managed to race through the crashes, Launch the Home app, and enable ADB... so we have that now... "ADB devices" Shows its connected.
Edit2:
They all crash with "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:" Right now Home screen is working but anything i try to run crashes
Edit3: It's like the old Gmail account is HARD CODED to it, What the hell? 3 rom flashes and countless factory reset, The account is still there, I cannot get rid of it.

Android Tablet Won't Boot and Freezes During Factory Reset

Hi everybody, I have a problem and I don't know what to do, so I'm hoping I can get some help with this.
I bought a used cheap tablet off ebay a few months ago. It looked new and came with everything, but its always had software issues. It would be working fine then it would get infinite errors saying various android processes have stopped, it would automatically close apps when I tried to run them, and would prevent me from even changing the settings. This was a frequent problem which I solved by doing a factory reset. This was practically an everyday occurrence until I learned to clear the cache several times a day, which gave me probably around 5 to 7 days before I would have to reset it.
Well, the other day my tablet froze up and wasn't responding. I left it for a long time with no change. I turned it off and rebooted and was greeted by the infinite error problem. I turned it off and cleared the cache from the recovery menu. I tried to boot the tablet and it got stuck at the shiny android logo and won't go past that point. It won't boot into safe mode either.
I tried to do a factory reset like I've done countless times. As soon as I tell it to do the factory reset it says...
-- Wiping data...
Formatting /data...
and.. it does nothing. It never finishes or gets past this point. Not knowing what to do I've turned it off and tried again, I've tried rebooting it but it still won't go past the android logo. I've tried just letting it sit while supposedly "formatting" but that didn't do any good either. Has anyone else encountered this problem before?
I've been trying to figure out how to fix it as I'm broke and can't just go buy another tablet. I'm assuming my only option at this point is to flash a rom, but does it need to be rooted in order to do that? Can I even flash a rom when the tablet won't even do a factory reset and format the data?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Complete wipe

I have been having problems with restarts for quite some time. I have it encrypted due to work reasons...if I restart it, it gets stuck on the second Verizon splash screen...sometimes for hours. I have foundperiodic success continually removing the battery and restarting it....but tonight I don't seem to be having any luck. It will show the Galaxy splash, the unlock screen, prompt for the encryption password and once passed that it gets stuck at the Verizon check mark screen. This is happening after I have already performed a factory reset ( a few weeks back) and reinstalled everything. Prior to that (reset) and even now, I can not apply any updates as they error out. What seems to be the issue? Suggestions?
