How to install BETA ICS on NEO Mt15 - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Hello, I have just installed ICS beta on my neo, here I give you how to.
When I bought my neo it was a Mt15a, then I unlocked the bootloader and changed the rom and went in to a Mt15i.
1 unlock bootloader
2 To have 420MB on data part like neoV I used this metod: ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1449917 )
3 I installed this kernel but it supposed to work with anyone.

4 I tried to install with CMW but didn't work, then I did with FASTBOOT by SE.
we will need the rom zip file:
http://dl-developer.sonymobile.com/Xperia/ICS/Beta/Xperia_neoV_ICS_beta_EULA.html
It is the rom for NeoV but it works on NEO.
(not working: camera, wifi, bt)
I went to my fastboot folder and opened a cmd window with "shift+right click"
My fastboot folder is in: C:\Users\USER\Desktop\fast\fastboot

This is what I have inside FASBOOT folder
and this is what I have inside Xperia_neoV_ICS_beta folder
i used this comands:
fastboot flash boot C:\Users\USER\Desktop\fast\fastboot\Xperia_neov_ICS_beta\boot.img
fastboot flash userdata
C:\Users\USER\Desktop\fast\fastboot\Xperia_neov_ICS_beta\userdata.img
fastboot flash system
C:\Users\USER\Desktop\fast\fastboot\Xperia_neov_ICS_beta\system.img
and done, I can't put screenshoots because the rom dont have screenshoot yet.
But Works everything except camera, wifi, bt and screenshoots
I will try to flash GAPs

Do you have root access?
You can install app from market to take a few screenshots and to post it here

I changed the kernel to some with CMW, then flashed GAPS and superuser fix to get root,then backtrack to sony ics stock kernel.
I have wifi, bt, camera, flash, 3g,root, all working.
Not working: screenshoots bec sony removed the app.

I have installed the chrome beta and no issues, it have issues with CM9.
Just try with the kernel included on beta rom.

Well, not sure if they removed it, but ICS brings along a screenshot app by default IIRC. Press VOL DOWN + POWER BUTTON at the same time for 2 secs, et voilà.
