Found this game the other day. Physics based puzzle solving nerd style fun. The big screen really makes it easy to take in and the 3d looks slick. Free version if you want to try before you buy. There are even user-submitted levels.
Apparatus is great I haven't tried it on the Note but it works great on the Nook.

Anyone try the game Death Worms? I don't know if it's a new game or not but I do know it's addictive as hell! It's three bucks on the market and worth every cent. If anyone is looking for a fun game with great graphics and game play hit the market and pony up the $3.00. I'm not much of a gamer on my Evo or NC but this game grabbed me (Angry Birds also). If this is old news I apoligize but atm I'm hooked on this game!
Yeah no kidding, Death Worm is awesome!
I got it yesterday, and I can't put it down. My girlfriend asked me if she could try it after she saw me playing it. She's never done that before, and she's a gamer.
Rumor has it that a pretty big update is coming out with new levels and upgrades.

That says nothing about it being the best for gaming. Just because you have more titles doesn't mean your better. I rate things on quality not quantity. You could have 100 ****ty games and 1 good one. Does that make you better just because you have more even though the majority of them are complete ****. No it doesn't, point proven.
P.S. I'm not saying most of the games for the vibrant suck, I'm just making a point that's all.

How are our phones the best for gaming on the android platform in the us ? What about the tablets and all the phones with dual core and the tegra2. I'm sorry but I completely disagree with our phone being the best for gaming on the android platform in the US. I will say however that I have never owned a better phone and with the release of the official CM7 I fell in love with my phone all over again.

hey hey slow down speed racer! You really don't have to start that, even if the vibrant is only a single core, it's still one of the best for gaming.
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Modern Combat 2 and Starfront collision are the only games i play on my vibrant. Good graphics and awesome multiplayer. Runs smooth on the vibrant with cm7.

The OP is about sharing games that people love on Vibrant or love to play. If you have a problem with gaming on Vibrant, you can start another thread complaining about it.
Back to the OP, Robotek is pretty cool. I've heard that there will be a point in game when I need to spend money to charge it up. But I've yet to reach that point and it's been really fun so far.
Blockfall
is crazy addictive to me... created by another XDA user. Kinda like Angry Birds, but more physics based and simple graphics... nothing to show off, just fun.
Bocce
Another simple game, really good/fun though, graphics look good to me.
Chalk Ball
My fav game. I play it all the time.
Cordy
love the graphics, dont play it much though
Plants vs. Zombies
This game owes me a lot of my life back. Crazy addictive. Stops playing at 5% battery.
Doodle Bowling
Used to play it all the time... still get caught up in it. Really fun, best bowling game I've tried.
Anymore? And s15 you must love physic games.

I love quick/simple/entertaining. I don't act like my phone is a psp, nor do I really desire it. I use it too much as-is now, ha.
I know there is 2 types of 3d. 1st type is basically like ur looking through a window. 2nd type is where it looks like everything is jumping out at you. Which type does this phone use?
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA Premium App
The first type. It's basically depth inward. Go take a look at the Nintendo 3ds and picture that at much higher resolution. I have one and its awesome. The 3d camera is really cool so I'm looking forward to higher res capabilities.
I got to play with the 3d nintendo and is definitely not as cool as the 3d you get with glasses.......
This is true. But it's still good fun. I'm looking forward to the 3d's media sharing capability so I can see the pics and video on my 3d tv.
It is not cooler if you have an EVO 3d but need a glass to see the 3d effect so people now you are on 3d?
Hail Mary, with or without glass you will never be cool if your face sucks. Its face value with a good attitude, if you tell people your cool because you have a new gadget, well that explain what your face look like.
I hate this cool cool cool especially when summer is very near, fcol its hot lol

Just a heads up, I got on the market earlier and they have some really great games for $0.49 cents on Mega sale today. Shadow gun was just $6.99 yesterday. AWESOME GAME! World of goo is also highly addictive. I loved it on PC too.

Works okay on the NT. But is yours also a little jumpy when aiming? It like the resolution is too low or something. I am on CM7 Alpha 12 by the way.

My gameplay and aiming appears to be relatively smooth. I have not noticed any jerkiness or similar

I find this in several games including Shadowgun and Nova HD. CM7 and stock rooted had this problem. CUrious what's different from cliffmidnite. I do have a screen protector on mine, wonder if that makes a difference
I have had slowdown and jerkiness in mc3 while running or aiming. I noticed a lot in the third level. Mostly ithas been very smooth though.

I don't have Nova 1, but do have Nova 2 hd and it plays smooth as butter.

You got Modern Combat 3 on NT? I bought it when it was 49cent but it says it's not compatible during install. Dead Space works fine though.
OT I wonder if I just expect too much th NT is my first Android gaming expirience - but I find it jumpy a bit too jumpy for my taste.
EDIT: Oh I changed my build.prop to Nexus S and MC3 ran - Wow that is a gorgious game and MUCH more precise and fluent in the controls compared to ShadowGun. Awsome!
Damn it, I missed World of Goo!

I try to stick to the google market. Especially when you can get. 49 to .99 cent deals on amazing gameloft titles. Those guys deserve their revenue for bringing such depth to phone and tablet gaming. Even the $4-6.99 is fantastic in my eyes on a lot of these games. Just my two cents well spent.

Thanks for the heads up. Got my bundle. Wasted a couple of hours on Cogs already... Zen Bound is also a decent distraction! In fact, they're all good. Particularly like the fact that we get desktop versions of all the games too (although I'm not sure how well some of them work with a mouse instead of touch?).
i love zen bound 2
avadon is really odd. Its like an older windowsn2000 style rpg game lok
