2.2.2 Android Version
Baseband: n_03.13.23s

Its almost like something server side knows i got it once, and thats all its letting me get.. or something is wrong.. Should i SBF Again?!?
Maybe try again later? Could have some check in thing that shows you just tried and won't let you again for awhile or reboot?
Tried rebooting, no dice so far.. I mean i have no coice but to i guess sleep on it and see if i can get it in the AM..

Yea i know i downloaded it already but i dunno how to install it.. do i have to go to recovery mode and do something? They haven't posted instructions yet.
Im checking it out right now..the way it has worked on other phones i have had is that you rename it to update.zip and load it in stock recovery
I think you would just flash it like an ordinary rom using the recovery but not sure
Edit: apparently you need to rename it update.zip and flash it in stock recovery
Sent from my DROID X2 using XDA App
yep that didnt work..im guessing you have to be rooted and do it through the custom recovery. either that or i missed something
edit: ooops guess you shouldnt name it update.zip.zip lol guess i should have gotten some sleep before attempting this
Put it in ext- sd in the root folder
Sent from my DROID X2 using XDA App
Lol yeah... so you gonna update or see if p3 can root it first

]Here is another awesome rom by android_isda_**** that is called SkiRom, which brings all the transparent mods into one to result in an amazing rom once again. I ported it using kootsez's hell-raising tool, which is found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1484223
Make sure to give a big thanks to the developer that brought this rom, which is found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1742739
I ported it with the latest UCLD5 modem and syiah kernel. Make sure to hit the thanks button if you like it!
Here is the download link: http://www.slingfile.com/file/49rGUxVHNT
ENJOY!
I'm assuming I dont need to do a factory wipe if Im already running Salman Rom.. Those both being LPG..
Going to try it anyway.. Love these ports... Thx jt.

I'm not positive, but I don't think it should harm since they are both the same base.
If you worried, you can do a factory reset/wipe and wipe cache & dalvik cache to be safe. Make sure to have a backup in case you flash this rom!
Your first link is broken
U have the wrong rom uploaded !

Sorry guys, i fixed the download link. By the way, do you know of a better free download hosting site; this one I found supports the bigger public file downloads.
Jt
seems that root isnt working on this rom. When i opened supersu, it says it needs to update but the install fails. I tryed rebooting a couple times and clearing data from supersu. Also tried repair permissions in recovery but no bueno. Rom is really cool though.

you should always have a backup on your computer... you'll need to flash a system image through fastboot or something to get it to work since there's no SBF for 2.3.5

well i'm not sure if anything besides img files can be flashed via fastboot. so you need to find the system image file from someone who has it? i don't as i have the electrify.... but maybe you could temporarily reflash the electrify rom to it then restore your bootstrap backup... let me find a link. i sent you a PM.

I want to root my phone but everything i have seen makes me use the computer, does that make me change the baseband? because there is a chace that i want to put the original rom and i eard that it is not possible if u change the baseband.... and if it is possible i'd like to install, via recouvery... I've noticed that I'm a little bit of topic butt, since this is about a root it made sense to ask for erverything related. Now the most importante question how can i root my device?

I have gimgerbread
Use super one click..rooting your phone has nothing todo with baseband..
1-Root phone
2-Install custom recovery
3-backup current stock rom
4-Download and flash custom rom
5-profit
EDIT: gingerbreak apk. Might work, but im not for sure.

Read more about Basebands.
You are using gingerbread.. it means you are already using NEW Baseband.
You Don't need to change any Baseband. You Don't need any BB fixes.
