how do I create my own sense skins?
Well the flyer doesn't have sense 3.0 but to make a skin for our device you would just take one we already have located in /system/app and then theme all of the images to your liking.

Default Sense Wallpapers do not work on the Wildfire as far as I know. Only one's downloaded from the market do. (On ROM's that support this, obviously)

Peep is the HTC sense Twitter app, it should be in your app drawer unless the rom you are using has removed it.
