I'm looking at buying NOVA 2 for Android... Just came out. (use the web market to find). They are having a discount on their website and many android blogs say it works with TEGRA 2 devices.
YEt it says incompatible with Atrix... And their website doesn't allow me to pick ATT as a carrier (their website it stupid! (GameLoft)).
Has anyone bought it and got a device hack to remove the check?
I'm not saying you should illegally get it, cause I am willing to buy it, but my interest kinda wanes when it's not available to use on my platform that is supposed to support it :l

Got it downloaded but can't get past a certain progress bar for the first level. Looking for a hack myself...

I can play nova 2 hd, but try hit fire and see blood. You cant cover all the screen, and have some glitchs

better yet, I found the apks that I thought I deleted on my laptop!
Wait a minute. U mean I have to rebuy those game from gameloft if I wipe data?! Gameloft doesn't remember if I bought already like.market does?!
Actually they are on the market. They just don't support our phone. Check their site. And yes they will let you redownload from their site bur it has to be the same device and only one.
Of course we all know we don't take no for an answer someone may have fixed this issue for us.

I am starting to think that thia phone not so awesome for gaming with titles like order and chaos and nova not being available. am I right? Should I return my phone for an IPhone4? Or should I wait abit for software compatibility?
Android is still developing in terms of the game department. iphone has slightly better apps and better gaming offerings because it has a bigger userbase, but android has better hardware, it just needs some polishing. if you want an iphone then get one. no sense in being unhappy. The 4S is a nice device but too much of an incremental upgrade. I got an ipad 2 and quickly grew weary of ios. so I got an android phone after the disappointing announcement of the 4S. for me it just wasn't what I needed at the moment, but that's not to say its a 'bad' device. if you want better games get an iphone. If you want to be able to tweak your device like crazy and have a fast and responsive phone with a big screen and 4G then keep this phone.

Step 1: Root the phone
Step 2: Install Chainfire3D from market. Afterwards install the Nvidia pluggin and set it to be default (Google it).
Step 3: Download TegraZone
Step 4: Enjoy the games
How do you get nova on sghi777? Rooted? Mind giving me an outline?
The gaming will be fine on this phone. The big thing is Gameloft has yet to make their games on the Market listed as compatible with the i777. I can't imagine that will last too much longer.
I downloaded a whole package of gameloft games from another site( Google it) and have nova2 , assassins creed and quite a few more. All look and play top notch on this phone.

Gameloft is protesting the android market. Go to gameloft.com to get their titles, including nova, etc. This phone plays them beautifully, sure the iphone has a wide variety, but quality beats quantity eh?

Yes get an iPhone 4. That's the perfect solution to not being able to figure something out that really only takes 3 minutes. I've been playing Nove2, Gangstar Miami HD, and a few others for a week now. Get stuck on an OS that decides what you will and should use. Don't keep the ability to make the phone EXACTLY how you want it.

Has something to do with the fact that google gets a certain % off of each sale same with apple. Only difference is since apple gives the developers no choice on how to sell the app on their platform gameloft has to deal with it, since google does give the developers a choice gameloft chooses to backout to get more money. Kind of a shame since if you really look at it gameloft would make more money if they would sell it on the google market place since users would be able to easily see it and not know that these games were even available outside of the market.

Thanks for this man, I was able to get a couple Tegra games to work. Though the Backbreaker, Riptide, and Bang Bang Racing don't work.
Does it seem like alot of good games don't play right on our RAZRs? I tried playing World of Goo and it freezes every few minutes.... Very funny game though lol.

WoG worked fine for me on stock official OTA (GSM).
I have noticed that a lot of games on the market are still listed as incompatible for the razr though.
I have the verizon version stock and nonrooted lol. I would've thought a couple months after release there would be more compatibility for our phones though...

You arent alone my friend..seems like Samsung has gulped down every developer out there to make games for Sammy devices...and that too for free...
There are handful of them that work for me...
Weird, i play WoG GTA III Jelly defense CS1.6 Portable Minecraft
and i had no freeze or lag
I'm on stock rom GSM EU 167.20 android 2.3.6
I've only played WoG and Minecraft off that list. Minecraft works fine though lol. Maybe the GSM versions were built better? Lol.

I had installed REAL BOXING game which is exclusively for tegra devices and working perfectly on my razr xt910 . the game is awesome. very nyc gameplay. gives you feel of boxing like in real world. after playing game i decided to share . the version i install is v1.2.3 this version is also compatible with Samsung device like s2 , note 2 , s4 etc. so you guys check out to grab that apk fronts some source or site . the game is not compatible with RAZR but for me it works . i will post screenshot in second post . ENJOY every thing on you razr.
