i have the same problem that everyone have it in samsung galaxy sii and the problems is :
1-losing email by saying (lost connection) or (your phone in air flight mode) or (losy connection with yahoo server but the connection will restore automatically but if the the problem persist contact yahoo)
2-blue pointer sucks that it supposed helping u to fix or edit some words when u type email by moving it to the word that u want to fix it but it too hard to move it to can fix it and always not appearing good by hiding 90% of it and thats not it easy to move it by ur finger.
3-when u open hotmail email on mobile then u sign on from computer thats u find emails as not reading and thats annoying..but this problem has beed fixed in yahoo mail now.
i hope it fix soon

I'm running a HTC HD2 with Windows Mobile 6.5 running ROM 3.14.110.1 WWE.
Recently, whenever I try to send an SMS and type the contact's surname into the "To:" box - the messaging application disappears off the screen. No draft SMS is saved, and when I return to the messaging application - no evidence of the SMS is present.
If I click the Contact Lookup icon in the top right hand corner, I can manually select contacts through this method - but obviously it's a lot slower than simply typing a surname and picking out a contact.
I've tried removing my MS Exchange ActiveSync connection, and then re-establishing it after a Soft Reboot - but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced this, and can suggest a fix?

Im glad I'm not the only one this happens too, I just thought it must be my fat fingers pressing the wrong buttons....

How many text messages have you got. . . . Coz when i was getting this and after a hard reset, I didn't restore my test message and the problem want away.
Don't now as never found a solution yet.
On a previous ROM when i open the Gmail app and read an email then delete it the email just deleted, im now using stock LF8 and it's superb for battery life, anyway ive noticed when i delete an email but then i check my Gmail on my laptop it looks as if it has been read but it's not deleted, id be very surprised if this was ROM related but i just thought id ask anyway as i said when i had a custom ROM on my phone i deleted the emails and they deleted as normal on the app, i haven't changed any settings in Gmail,it's a bit annoying having to delete the emails again after i thought they had already been deleted, there's bound to be an explanation to this, anyone know about this?

On the lower right side of your keyboard is a key with the "." Symbol on it. Please use it sometimes.
And while you're at it, also use use the Enter-Key sometimes. That will make reading a lot easier.

i have a strange problem: i'm constantly connected to facebook chat with my WP7.
(last update)
but i don't receive messages directly to WP7
so when i connect to facebook on my computer i see messages i never had on my phone...
does anybody got the same problem? it was working good 2 month ago and now it doesn't

This is a problem that is starting to show up for a lot of users. Me included.
Most likely something to do with the integration itself. No one has been able to fix it as far as I know. Happens both on Tango or non-Tango so it's not related to that.
I can get like one or two messages from Facebook in the chat but then I get no more only to find out I got more messages if I log in to Facebook on the web and take a look. The messages just stops being delivered to the phone for some reason.

Have you ever used some kind of third party Facebook Messenger. I used to use IM+ which caused problems, because It didnt sign me off accurately, and left me signed in. This caused the same behaviour that you described. I suggest you to log in to your facebook accout and remove all the unused apps from your profile, and try It again. If It now works, maybe there is something with your operator, maybe they have network instability and lose some network packages or anything like that. If nothing works, try to do a hard reset, but make a backup before that in case It didnt solve your problem.

i already tried:
- hard reset
- disconnect / reconnect in "Messages" tab
- switch from "available" to "offline" and get back to available
- as OndraSter said, remove facebook link in Live, and then relink it
i hope Microsoft will solve the problem.
as far as i know, everything goes through Live no? so i think it's microsoft problem, not facebook
and i never used other softwares (like IM+)

What happens is when you reply a facebook message via integrated message app you'll stop receiving messages until you disconnect and connect again. Seen to be a problem with live integration with facebook, hope it'll be fixed with the new revamp they'll do to make MS web pages more metro.

i tried to remove facebook from phone, then add it again. but it doesn't solve the problem.
i'm facing another problem too: If i switch off the facebook chat in "messages", i keep connected to the chat. so poeple send me message but i don't receive them until i go to facebook application (which i never do)

the issue is that i suspect my wife and i want to have all her calls recorded and all her moves tracked ,,
i know that i can install a software called "android lost" and it can do this job via google account but the problem is that she will see all the control e-mails as at this time i'll be using her google account and ofcourse she could suspect these e-mails
to sum up : i want a stealth software to install it and control her phone with another e-mail account "it should send me call log , her location , call recording , camera shots" ,,, it should record calls with good quality

first of all..I feel sorry for u bro..
second..u cannot install an app remotely without a google account..well,as far as i know..(make a deep google search though)
and I dont think she ll see the emails,if u install apps via playstore from the web.
Try disabling the email feedback from androidlost..
and yeah..use a different email account.

Can anyone help. I have had this problem for a while but never tried to fix it but now discovered it is not only on my GNex but also my Tab 2....
Basically i have email via virginmedia.com, which i believe is all set up correctly with POP enabled etc and my phone/Tab 2 email client set up to never delete from server. Problem is the email comes to the devices fine and i can reply, send new email etc, but if i refresh the list to check for any new email, what was already in my inbox just disappears from my device, not into the bin, just gone for good!
I have Android 4.2.1 on the GNex ans 4.1 on the Tab 2.
Remember this is the general email client and I am on Virgin Media, this is not the Gmail email app, I do not use that.
Can anyone help with this problem, would really like to be able to get my email on the move without knowing I will lose it all straight away!
