Im sharing my mod for you to try,just simple mod,hope you like it
1,On Screen Button V1(default size) & V2(resize it a bit smaller to fix caller issue) + 180°Rotation

Just make a backup in cwm. Or make a back up of frameowrk-res and replace it after if you want to remove it.

and regarding stock home launcher it works fine its just that the icons are misplaced at bottom. But everything works perfectly fine anyway.

I'm beginning to really like the onscreen button, and the physical button is still usable also for menu option. So physical+onscreen button is a Win!, at least for me.
Btw, I'm using galaxy nexus' Launcher2 as my home launcher.

a question,do you think the height of this button is too high?if that so i will made a new one that a bit smaller so we can have bigger screen

I actually thought it's a bit small. Anyway, others may prefer smaller so an additional option will be good for everybody.

Zs Rom is based on AOSP and this mod is based on Sony's. So the framework file could be different.

try trebuchet or nova launcher,i think launcher2 works well,search for modified version
from the ARC
