Or any mod to make the rom look like Xperia S?

You missunderstood. He want Xperia S theme as a Mod for X8, not Xperia Arc theme as app for CM7.

you slightly worry me that you seem to gave mis-read what he asked for: he asked for XPERIA X8 not XPERIA ARC

that would be something to see..
go to xperia arc themes and app section,you'll find it,i use it with cm7,not sure is it ok with other device..

I can't even get it to install on my Xperia X10 on CM7...missing libraries...

Unfortunately Xperia Z lockscreen has only been ported to xperia MDPI only for stock based ICS not CM10 (JB) ,,,,,
(as far as i know i think m correct but sum1 correct me if m wrong).....
