Nice! Didn't think that many different widgets were out there. Any chance of getting screen shots of the widget?

Hey is it possible to get the File Manager from the Toshiba Thrive? I have both the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Toshiba Thrive. I would like the file manager app from the Thrive installed and working on my 10.1

There you go.
hey thanks for the file., it works perfectly. I have another question. I took the contacts.apk from my Toshiba Thrive, if I install it on my 10.1 will I have:
A. two contacts apps, the touch wiz version I currently have AND the stock 3.1 version
B. one contacts app because the touch wiz version will be over written (incl the icon?)
C. a total disaster so I better not even try it.
Im a noob to Android, Im coming from iOS.
thnx.

If you are rooted, then use root explorer or something like it, and rename the TW contact.apk to something like contact.apk.bak. Then install the new contact.apk. If it works, good for you if not then remove it and rename the backed up to the original name.

Would be nice if you could please preview the widgets in this post before downloading it.
Thanks.
I'm still new at this. Where exactly is the app folder to push the Asus Email Widget to?

Hi guys,
does anyone know if something like The Early Edition 2 for iPad exists in Android ecosystem. I saw it today on my wife's iPad, this app is amazing. It looks gorgeous, it syncs with googlereader, it shows articles in a newspaper like layout so anyone can become the editor on its own newspaper
I have searched Market but found nothing that is close to this app at least in look/feel experience. Anyone?
thanks
Wow I just searched for this app to see what it was and man...that's impressive! check out the video here:

Unfortunately there isn't anything even close to that on Android.
Dear Ladies & Gents
I just found some nice looking stuff in the samsung market - it´s called "jusWrite" and it is one of the best apps for making lists atm (at least imao!).
Go & search for it, I will provide some pics as soon as I´m at home again! And share your opinions as well, perhaps this may lead to an expansion of s-pen compatible apps! :good:
Anyone have the apk? Its not in the U.S. Google Play or Samsung apps.
Here you go, btw thanks for sharing the name of the app, it's really good!
I have an HTC one currently running the android revolution hd rom with sense 5. I've recently thought about trying out the google edition rom. However, I am just wondering is there any possibility of getting the HTC media link hd to work with the google edition rom because i use the media link hd quite often. Do I need to install a custom kernel or something? Or is there absolutely no way for this to work. I really want to try stock android but I don't want to sacrifice not being able to use the media link. Is there anyway to do this?
I want to know this too. My assumption is that there is no way. It seems to be the answer to any question like this.. Ie HTC Gallery etc. I am/was in the same exact boat and I thought what the hell I'll give stock a try. It's all I ever ran on my S3 . I love it. I forgot how much I liked CM10. Now I'm really torn, don't know if I cam go back to Sense to get the gallery and media link back. Hopefully someone figures it out. They ported the camera successfully.
Hi all
Im pretty amazed about non of you guys had not bring this matter up. I migrated from Galaxy Tab 7.7 and so far absolutely in love with this Tab S. But when it came across writing notes and organising them I have absolute difficulties finding one good app to do so other than Amazing Note HD by Brid
Do you guys have any other better app/apk out there that is available to substitute this? Not a big fan of evernote :crying:
Here is the original link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2273026
But i think its outdated version from the Galaxy Tab 7.7. I tried installing from the last apk but resolution is too small and any other updated version does the same.
Please if you guys could get this thing to work it would be awesome. And would be a great big help to this forum community :fingers-crossed:
Much appreciation.
its tooo outdated... even though the apps was great... i have to stop using it after 7.7. even the app maker stop updating it... i had try to use appsetting but still havent found the proper resolution to make it bigger... it always look small... kins of miss it anyway... ^_^
I think most people use evernote these days

OneNote if you want seamless cloud integration with your desktop. Text input lags a little using Android OneNote but perfectly acceptable for me. Thumb Keyboard works better than stock IMHO.

With the recent update to OneNote I have zero input lag
I wish the memo app present in the Galaxy S5 was available on the Tab S. Well, I can get the apk and install it but it won't sync with my Samsung account, which sucks.
