1) Download ROM + Kernel
2) Place the rom on your sd-card
3) Flash the kernel (fastboot flash boot boot.img)

8) Initial boot may take a while

This is a beta rom...any one who tries it on there phone is a tester...you try it.. test it and tell if there are any bugs and devs will try to fix it
Interestingly the Kernel V1 appears to have no recovery mode..
Also, Nick is from the Netherlands so it's around 11.30am there, IIRC they are an hour in front of the UK

photos rotate is not so important, you can edit it afterwards in the gallery. Does HDMI work on this Rom? I saw on the other AOKP rom that it didn't work there.
Yes but not only photos are rotated, but also the view when you try to take a picture, sorry but i don't have cabel HDMI to check it

Check out camera driver I had the same problem porting MIUIv4 and it was camera driver fault (take it from fxp117)
Ehm, I don't know why but in Nenomark 2 my phone get 35,4 fps LOL, on GB my best score was 16,0 fps...

I know that in cm10.1 bluetoooth is already running, but for me it has not worked out, for lack of time, the free time I'll try to fix it

Kernel with oc is incompatible withh new wersion cm10.1and in this wersion is standard kernel from cm10.1
GREAT work szymel.
With two changes, I think this could become the perfect p700 ROM. First, improve the performance, which will be easy once overclocked kernel works on it. Second, remove extra crap, SlimBean style.

Nice to hear camera is working but hope bt will be fix. Overall rom is great but a little bit of sluggish. I have hi hopes on this hope this will be fixed.
Have you tried contacting todursirb or pecancm on your problem on BT? Maybe they can help you.
Edit: phone responsiveness is very horrible, like txting. And also speaker phone is not working during call.

very very smooth ROM, but it is pretty much CM11, I mean the only differences I noticed are Halo and some blue icons

Yes it does (BT and video recording are working), it is based on stable 8 I think

Evverything in the ROM was awesome experience... but the BACK BUTTON s a big prblem in this ROM... Almost all apps are not terminated by back button... Any solution please..
Okay, my report of this ROM.
I flashed this cleanly, after wiping data, cache , system and dalvik.
I can confirm OMX works fully now. I can also confirm 720p recording to be working now.
And as for Bluetooth, it initially FC's after pairing with a new device, but if I turn on Bluetooth again after that, I find that the paired device has been saved as paired and
FILE RECEIVING AND SHARING WORKS!!!

If you use or are interested in using Xposed Framework, then try the module "SwipeBack". It a great replacement to Back button.

I can see some congruence between the ram management and the functioning of the menu and back keys. Even in CM 10.2 whenever the keyboard disappeared due to the app restarting policy of the rom, the back and the menu key stopped functioning. But as soon as the keyboard reappeared, the back and the menu key started functioning again. I'm not sure. But its just an observation. Try gaining control of the minfree settings. by downloading memory manager and setting values to 6,8,16,20,22,24 respectively

How to install
- Download latest nightly and gapps ( LINK )
- Extract boot.img and flash it via fastboot
- Boot cwm
- Wipe data
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Install rom
- Install gapps
- Reboot
For updates,it's the same procedure,but you can also don't wipe data (which will erase all your apps)

Haven't test it yet but i think this rom has the same bug with CM11 by @percy_g2
"Built from source" writing up there, so i thought it is not based on CM11, it can be different working-non working list...
The "red border bug" is back.
To solve it just do this:
change build.type "user" or "eng" in build.prop to "userdebug"
Rom is vey fast, but i'll test a little more before doing a fair review.

Awesome stuff here! Can't think of a way to maximize costumization options further.
Only thing I miss is Gov/scheduler options. But maybe I have to look a little closer since I just flashed it a couple of minutes ago!

I do not have this rom installed, so I cannot guarantee you that this is correct, but normally you should go to device information, tap "build-number" 7 or 8 times and there should appear 2 more options in the settings menu. Developers options and performance. (Performance can also be located under developer options or under a rom specific option.
Check it out .
Video streaming in apps like Twitch.tv doesn't really work but there is no output in logcat...

Hehe, I tried that already. But dev options are activated by default and there is an advanced options menue that has Superuser and some boot options in it. After tapping the build number several times you get what can be seen on the screenshot (haven't found the secret yet) :laugh:

Found some other threads where people mention the lack of performance options. Seems they haven't been implemented yet.
It's an awesome ROM anyway. Some flaws from CM11 have been solved and there are loads of opportunities to costumize the living hell out of it, nice.
