Requirements
• ROOT
• Baseband 58 (people tested in -36, -56 and -64 and goes right)
• Unlock BL or locked BL
• Any working ROM with CWM Recovery (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1437840 )
Features
• Stock Sony Ericsson 2.3.4 ROM 4.0.2.A.58
• Pre-rooted (Superuser and Busybox pre-installed!)
• CWM Recovery (touch screen when SE logo appears in boot)
• Build.prop tweaks
• Reboot Options Mod included
• Tweaks
• Transparent Home and status bar
• No clock and no date in status bar
• Power controls in status bar, thanks to sj8023ld (install apk quicksettings which is at the end)( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1392472 )
• Very cool status bar. I´ll take request for status bar personalization (see image: FRAN, ARC, ....)
• 5x4 mod, thanks to jacobwind ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1378404 )
• All the SE original widgets modded to semitranparent

How to install this ROM?! [I suggest a fresh Install]
DOWNLOAD http://www.mediafire.com/?ymysn12elysy42n
1. COPY MY ROM TO SDCARD ROOT DIRECTORY.
2. Reboot into CWM Recovery and make a back-up of your current ROM.
3. Wipe the following in CWM Recovery:
• WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET(Full wipe)
• WIPE CACHE PARTITION
• ADVANCED---WIPE DALVIK CACHE
4. Go to --- INSTALL ZIP FROM SDCARD--- CHOOSE ZIP FROM SDCARD and look for my Rom.
5. If you want to bring back your apps, reboot again, enter in CWM and:
- Restore --- Advanced restore --- Choose your previous back-up and restore only data.

95% is the stock rom from SE. You can choose only Systemui.apk or frameworkres.apk and apply to your theme and you´ll have only a visual graphic mod. So I consider this is a theme.
I suggest flash the whole rom for a better experience but it´s only a suggest.
For all the people who don´t want flash all rom, just move the apks that you want to your device with right permissions like other themes.

your theme looks very nice very nice work. But for me it is a bit too much i like the stock theme more.
But i love the wallpaper can you seperatly upload it?

Hola compañero. Test it and if you want (like other posts -Arconium-) you can hold in HTCMANIA.

When I flash a rom, I always make a backup of my rom. After flash the new rom, I enter in CWM and restore --- advanced--- look for my data back up and all my apps come back to the new rom

I think yes. Always make a back up of your rom. I suggest if you are gonna copy more than an apk, take care with frameworkres.apk; move always alone at the end.

Wooooooow ! Great theme. Great work. Just found some older version app like track it, music player(Currently using Xperia S player). But that doesn't big deal. Overall great mod.
Bro, since im using Arc S, so i would like to request u to mod systemui apk by mentioning Arc S instead of Arc. Thx. tc.
