Some Important Notes and Tips:
If you feel the need to "borrow" my work, please don't without my consent. I've spent 2 months working on sense 4.0 for 2 devices getting stuff fixed if i really just want credit for things i do so if you want to "borrow" my work ask me .
Known Issues - if its listed here DO NOT ask about it in the thread:
The following issues are known about and they are being worked on. Before you post an issue with this rom, you must be on a clean install. If you have not performed a clean install, then your issue cannot be considered valid.
Some things that are just the nature of the beast:

- Bluetooth works...not 100%....FM Radio Doesn't work..

This all looks so Great!!! I hope some of these fixes can be applied to the senseless rom as well! Will have to give this a run though!

Looks good. On a side note we maybe the launch(or so the rumors goes, which means a leak could be close too) of the next gen Incredible could be coming up, which is also suppose come with Sense 4.0.
Are Sense 4.0 ICS based roms, lighter in file size vs say a Sense 3.5./3/6 ICS rom? Or is the lightening up benefits HTC is promising not done in the leaks yet?

0.1 is impressively smooth:
It looks cleaner than the Sense 3.6 builds.
The animations were a little bit laggy, but otherwise I didn't see any issues.
I didn't see quick settings in the notification bar.
It looks like SuperUser.apk is installed but the su binary is not. (This means I had to go over to my computer to go back to install my old kernel so I could go back to my previous ROM)
Thanks for giving me something to try out when I found myself awake at 4am.

I thought read somewhere that the reason why we are not getting ICS as soon as HTC said we would is because they are going to release it with Sense 4.0 instead of 3.6 like our ICS leaks have.
Supposedly, single core phones will get ICS with 3.6 and dual cores will get 4.0. I can't remember where I read it though. So please don't yell at me if I misread something and am completely wrong...

This is a development forum, not the place you come to gripe because something isn't as you think it should be.

This is still a beta version! I haven't had a ton of time to perfect this so expect some graphical issues here and there. You must be currently running Ics or you need to flash the Ruu first before installing!
Important! Beta 3 has a couple of issues still and is more of a preview of RC1! The signal bars don't display your signal strength and wifi calling is currently locked on! (Temp fixed in Beta 3.2) Further updates will come in the form of OTA updates. (see below)

Getting Further Updates:
You will now find an app called OTA updater.
I'm still experimenting with it and if it doesn't work well I may eventually just remove it.
To update, open app and it will check if there are any updates.
If there are updates it will download them, reboot, and install.
If it doesn't reboot automatically (ext4 won't), just reboot manually into your recovery and it will install.

If you figure out how to make something look more like the Galaxy Nexus definitely Pm me a screenshot and let me know the changes made. I would love the help! Just know that I'm rather picky about they way it looks so if it doesn't bring the Rom closer to looking like the GN then I won't include it in. I don't mean to be a jerk, I just have high standards for the way it looks. Also, keep track of the changes you make so I can add in the edited images or edited Xml files to the original files that I have. I am constantly making changes and will need to add in your changes to the latest files that I have.

Right its still a work in progress, thus the beta, but for now its much better than the horrible looking Sense 3.6.

Well I've been following the Beats issues and... It looks as though the beats mod works, you just need to remove the icon from appearing. So you have the Beats Audio just don't have the notification to show it off. Lol

It should be the data/local folder. I haven't tried dropping it in yet. You will probably have to set the permissions correctly on it though.

So far the biggest problem I found is a few of the holo light buttons text is screwed up. Its just something I was playing with trying to get some of the buttons text to switch over.
As for helping out, if you figure out how to make something look more like the Galaxy Nexus definitely show me a screenshot and let me know the changes made. I would love the help! Just know that I'm rather picky about they way it looks so if it doesn't bring the Rom closer to looking like the GN then I won't include it in. I don't mean to be a jerk, I just have high standards for the way it looks.

I can understand removing the bloat and crap of sense, but phone and contacts are such an integral part and so so so so much nicer than AOSP versions, I'll never understand the want to get rid of those parts... why not just theme them to look more stock? the functionality of them is so awesome... it's like taking 12 steps backwards to take 2 steps forwards...

well on the sensation forum they have a theme that has aosp apps ported over to the sensation 4g... they should work on this phone as well. i will test them out later

The main reason for wanting the aosp dialer is so that people wont have to unlock their phone before answering calls. The new ics dialer and contacts doesn't seem that bad. Gingerbreads was terrible but I kind of like the new one.

The default.xml lists it as system/customize/resource for downani
Only thing resource folder does not exist ..... I created a /resource folder in system/customize put the downani there and set permissions ...... Works fine ......bootani is in data/local

This ROM is a blend of DX Home by Tapas mobile and Sense 3.6. THIS IS NOT MIUI. So please don't try and compare them. I did this to be different. Yes there's Chinese language in the ROM. But it's not completely unbearable. If given the time I just may translate everything but I feel what is in Chinese isn't essential for now. There's going to be a lot that may confuse you. Don't worry. Just READ before messing around with the options of everything or you just may end up downloading a Hello Kitty Theme (ahem.. diestarbucks ) Most of the issues you may encounter are DX issues that I can't resolve but I know of most of them and they do get reported to the developers of DX Home. Overall the Rom is stable and works.

Best way when an update happens is to use the Play Store. They have options to check for updates and install them in the options but it seems to work better letting them install when the Play Store version of DX Home updates. Right now the update in the Play store will just change the Wallpaper due to me pushing my own to the apk. The version is still 3.1.0, The choice is yours. If you want my wallpaper back just ask and I'll post it.

Well, not only 3g but I broke mobile network period. I had it earlier today but it was when I was on another version. I've been working on this all day so I'm done for tonight but I'll look into mobile network first, then camera.
This has a lot of potential! I want to try it, but I'll wait till camera and data is working. Thanks for bringing this to the 3d!

that would be great! I'm trying to find why I've lost data. Do you know if that is controlled in the framework, because i've narrowed it down to there but every file size in system/framework is different than in the base, so I'm looking at some time and trial & error to find the problem unless I get a hint on where to start

What did you change in between the versions that potentially killed cam and 3g?
Kinda cool!
Flashed fine for me. Did 4EXT wipe all partitions except SD and flashed the ROM only. The gapps were already there.
Tablet mode for the home screen is a little strange with the status bar at the bottom and the app drawer icon at the top, but I guess that's the way it's supposed to be. My tablet is still running HoneyComb so I'm not familiar with ICS on a tablet.
Definitely has promise and can add some sizzle to Devil Toast if you can work out the remaining problems.

Apearantly left out some stuff from the build.prop. Mobiledata/3g is working now. Camera still won't start but it hasn't worked for me yet so hopefully digital can help with that.
I'll be uploading .41 soon with data fix

You need:
An HTC Amaze 4G which is S-OFF, SuperCID, and has the ICS firmware installed
4EXT Touch Recovery
An open mind
How to flash:
Download the ROM and place it on your SD card
Boot your phone in bootloader (volume down + power), then select recovery mode
If coming from another ROM, go to the wipe menu and select "format all partitions"
In the menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to where you put "Super Sense"
You can use the data wiping option in AROMA (optionally if coming from earlier version of my ROM, but it's obligatory if coming from stock or another custom ROM)
After the flashing process is complete, reboot!

About this ROM
This ROM was named after me, and pretty much every Sultan I guess. (Fun fact: It's my last name ) I decided that I wanted to port Sense 4.1 on my own and try and fix the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi tether, and Wi-Fi calling problems that we can see on ViperAmaze, Nightmare Sense 4, and Bulletproof! Unfortunately, no one has been successful in doing this yet, but miracles do happen! (They're common on XDA). HTC is real nice for not releasing all the source we need, and Qualcomm is pretty generous for abandoning our chipset, preventing us from getting JellyBean Sense 4.5. Anyway, let's see what's going to happen! (That was sarcasm if your English is bad, or if you're slow )

Thanks everyone. I need some feedback. I am also working on yet ANOTHER ROM which I'm trying to port. Porting is trial and error, especially getting it to boot!
Also I might add NRG tweaks where the viper tweaks was, it might be a pain to decompile the system UI. It's worth it since it works fine on Sense 4, but it looks strange because of Sense 4's white settings.

Yeah I might have to replace the apk, it might be a broken permission!
Next version will have AROMA, but I was planning on including not just two, but 3 kernels! It's just always a frenzy with AROMA.

Just checked it - might be missing libs or something preventing apps from installing that aren't from Google Play.
There might be a workaround by using Titanium backup and restoring apps, or just by using Play Store. Yeah it's inconvenient but it's the first build lol.
Hopefully I'll get time to fix it soon in the 2nd release!

You need to do a full wipe. What room are you using before?
