Hi, I'm running stock on my galaxy 10.1 tab and my apps keep freezing. It started with angry birds. The app would open up and let me select the level and then when it would go to start gameplay I just get a blank black screen. Reboot the tab and it will work fine for a little while and then start doing it again. Once it starts most game apps I open do the same thing, any ideas???

You probably are on a glitchy firmware. What firmware are you on anyways? May need to upgrade to ICS Kang or Task according to your set choice. Time to move up buddy.
task would be better for stability than ICS...

One of the things my wife uses our Gtab for is Facebook. She plays some of the games (Frontierville & Cafe World) but they don't seem to want to work. I think it is connected to the use of flash on the web site, but not sure. We are using VEGAn BETA 5.1. Has anyone else had any problems with games on Facebook?
I haven't had any problems playing Mafia wars or Castle Age.

I don't play games on facebook, but the one thing I noticed about it and I don't know if you have this problem is well, is I can't chat with my friends via IM. Does anyone know a way to correct this?

I just recently purchased a G Tab. I rooted it, loaded the latest CM7 ROM (1.2 bootloader), and downloaded the latest Adobe Flash from the marketplace (I think it was 10.3)
I was able to go on facebook, switch it to the "desktop site", and start loading a game (Dragons of Atlantis).
The game loads and opens, and I can maneuver around the map for about 2 minutes, and then the whole tablet just freezes. I have to wait a few more minutes, and then if I push the power button, it turns the tablet off. I then push the power button again, and it turns back on. This happens with both Dolphin Browser HD and Skyfire. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, with Dungeon Overlord and Cityville -- both memory-hogging games. I figure its the lack of memory, but others don't seem to have this issue. I'm using Vegan tab Gingerbread, and wondering if I should try CM7.

did anyone got this working on their tab? im currently playing empires and allies and it opens up and i can play it, but it lags pretty bad. It aint that fast as to how you wud play on a pc. Im hav not rooted my tab and i dont plan to. Anyone got any solutions?

I saw someone else had almost the same problem on another phone and posted it there in that phone's section but didn't get much help.
The device acts as if it has been paused every minute or so.
That means that whatever application I have open does whatever it would do if I would push the "sleep" (is it called that?) button and then opened it again.
For example, while writing a text message the keyboard would hide.
while running a game, the loading screen would come back on and then resume right where I was.

Sounds like your running out of ram due to something starting up or running in the background
Download Advanced Task Killer and look there for ram or other problems and applications that my cause them.
Hi Guys, I have the same problem. I'm rooted. My phone is Cherry Mobile Flare 3.
I don't know exactly what is the cause of this problem and still unsolved. This happened when I tried to install modded play store but I think I don't like it cause I need Visa card. Then I want to bring back the original playstore with lucky patcher but it doesn't work. First I tried to back up all my apps and games with titanium back free version. And did a Factory data reset. After that I restore all my apps but whenever i tried to play games, music, videos. It always randomly pausing. F*** @-%[email protected]# I'm so tired of finding solutions. Please help me

Hey guys, my brother recently got a Droid RAZR (For Christmas), and we've been having trouble getting Gameboid to start up. For anyone who doesn't know, it's a GBA Emulator. Anyways, it seems like it recognizes the Gba_bios.bin and it lets me go to select a ROM to play but after trying to start up a game, the screen goes black for half a second and then goes back to the ROM selection screen. It'll even say that "Gameboid is running" in the notifications bar but even after pressing on that we're unable to play any of the games. I followed the same process as I did on my LG Revolution which worked just fine. Any input? Maybe it doesn't work with the RAZR?

I have read almost everyone gets AG original to run on 5830i,but on mine it freezes on the intro screen/"movie" just before first level.
Game starts, I choose first stage,first level, I see intro screen where the birds looks at empty nest the music plays. The screen shold slide to right but it does not it stays, music stops playing... and THATS IT. When I open Task manager I see 0,00% 3.10% cpu usage for AG orig when I came back to the game I see only black screen.
left it over night - I have read it loads slow - didn't help
cleared the cache and memory - did not help
installed not from market, from rovio site, some other - same black screen
I just got this phone, it supposed to be brand new, has stock 2.3 Gingerbread with sammy touchwiz.
I have 102 MB of free internal mem, and 1,4 GB of SD.
Please any advice. Is the unit faulty or badly flashed or something?

What rom and kernel did you use?
Stock rom
It 's a stock rom gingerbread.XXLK3, kernel v. 2.6.35.7 [email protected] #1, modem v S5830iXXLK1.
Flash the latest firmware...or hard reset your phone it may work..!!
Wait for other appropriate answer

I reflashed my phone with same stock rom with full wipe but the problem persists. Angry Birds still freezes on intro.
What can I?
Probably try modified rom and see if it freezes.Any other options to try if modified rom fails to amend it? Hardware bug?

From Paly store and Rovio's site. Same freez happening. Makes no difrence. Tested on clean latest official rom for this phone.
I can try modded roms on weekend to see if it makes any diffrence.
If you have any suggestions or routines/apps to test graphic hardware on S5830 feel free to shoot.

Hi everybody. I'm loosing hours and health tryin to run World of Tanks Blitz on a 7510 galaxy tab.
It's seems to be impossible. Not working with stock rom, not working with Omni, CM and any other tried. Usually I run the game, black screen and then everything disappears and go back to main screen like nothing happened. With OmniRom it shows a crash message and ask if I want to report. Someone can explain if this could be fixed? There's a way to run WotBlitz on a 7510 or I have to buy a new tablet?
