I'm not completely certain but I suspect it's a generic process which reports your location to any App which is monitoring it. For example Google Latitude / Facebook / Google+ location check-in etc...
Check the list here for "NetworkLocation.apk".

Hey folks
I am getting spam push messages several times a week. I tried an app called addons detector but it shows no apps with push ads. Is there any way to block these annoying messages?

I found this great Android app 'AirPush Detector' on AppBrain: http://www.appbrain.com/app/com.brosmike.airpushdetector

Does anyone know of apps that allow you to rotate picture attachment freely (not just 90 degree) on a note/memo/canvas?

I found this app that can do it but it freezes frequently on note and dev seems to abandon it already.

Ive noticed that NFC Service always turned on even if i turned it OFF in settings-more menu. When i check battery stats, its the second app that eats most of my battery. its next to screen. Do you have same issue?

Any ideas on this? It is running or awake overnight. Location - Wifi only. I usually use this settings. And my first time to experience this. Slimkat. Clean flash of rom.

That are App IDs. Android assigns every app to a unique ID that starts with 10xxx.
These apps are deleted but still part of the history.
