Is there a way to get Widgets to fit the screen? Most are not wide enough to fill it...

I think the only way is with the alternate launchers. The widgets are not optimized for this big screen. It kind of sucks you can't even center them.

For nearsighted only.
Oh, and the shell is Incipio which I like very much as it doesn't have right top corner exposed, silver colored and minimal. Warning, it doesn't have lip to protect glass.

Hmm..... :what: What keyboard app u using? The keys on it are freaking huge my pops would love it cause he also nearsighted

That's a Go Keyboard. I use it just because it is the only one with Phonetic Russian layout. Otherwise I use Thumb keyboard for the extra large size keys. Also, using HelveticaNeueLT font helps as it is a bigger font.

Really liking it. Few questions. How do I add more screens... Can I make icons smaller to fit more apps on one page. Also how do I get battery percentage indicator on lock screen when charging.
Thanks in advance,

Me? I just took out widgets I thought I didn't really use and re organized what widgets were on what pages. And same way to remove the app from the dock, in the app drawer (another very stupid change made by sense.)

I love the Nova launcher. It lets me shrink the icons to my liking and allows me to have a scrollable dock, both features I missed from my jailbroken iPhone 5.
I'm using 4.2 and can't seem to enable wallpaper for home screen+ lockscreen together. Is this option available on 4.3? Also for those using 4.3, are the on-screen ringer/notification, expandable volume buttons included? I can't understand why they would remove these...
1. Set the homescreen wallpaper from the gallery
2. Set the lockscreen wallpaper from the personalization menu
??? I can't see the problem?

That would work with still images... If one runs a live wallpaper, you're forced to use a still image over the lock screen... There's little things that they have seemed to tweak, such as when using day dream / photo frame, the ability to choose individual photo folders, instead of every image in the device...
Oh, I have never seen a live lockscreen wallpaper. It's not a stock Android feature, but there might be something in the Play Store that allows you to do it.

Yea I'd use it all the time on my Samsung devices... & on CM roms. I can't find it anywhere I guess they removed the ability to do so... They're making it extremely difficult to remain un-rooted!
Hi, not sure if this is the correct place to post, the Themes and Apps forum seems to be more for promoting developer apps and the like.
So, I am having an issues with Nova Launcher; I made a picture - http://imgur.com/w7eFSac
What am I looking for is to be able to slide the entire app grid down to reduce the empty space on the bottom and increase it at the top. It is NOT an issue with my icon pack, it is the same with default icons. I have messed around with the settings a lot - there is an option to increase/decrease spacing above and below as a unit, but not separately. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Height margin will change the margin at the bottom as well. I just want to change it at the top.

I always use Nova as well and unless someone comes up with a specific mod for Nova I don't think its possible. I could be wrong but like you already know the only options for the margins affect all aspects of the margins ( top , bottom, left, right )
Maybe look into another launcher?

That's what I'm leaning toward. To be honest I am surprised this isn't more of an issue with people... the margin balance at the top and bottom is terrible. The icons are almost touching the status bar at the top and there's probably 4-5mm of space at the bottom.
Any recommendations on another launcher?

You know the only other one I found to be comparable to Nova was Apex. Plus you can still use all the same icons pretty much. There are quite a few launchers out now though so hopefully you find one ya like.

Funny coincidence, as Apex is the one I went and got before reading your reply... Seems pretty awesome so far. Thanks.
Can't you remove the homescreen page indicator in the dock settings? That might bring the app icons down a bit. I use TSF Shell, it's freeing to not be confined to a grid like all of the other launchers.

Good idea I'll check into that and I keep meaning to look into TSF too just never have. Looks pretty damn cool. Which one exactly are you using?

Along with some of the separately downloaded TSF widgets. It takes awhile getting used to, like you can tell they changed the way they handle certain launcher tasks just to differentiate themselves, but it has some cool concepts. Only downside is that $17 it costs lol

Thanks man .. actually it's showing me that it's something like $11 and change. Maybe that's why I never took the TSF plunge but if your recommending it maybe I'll check it out.
Hey it's only money right?!? Lol

I got it I think back on my GNex so it was $17 back then... same price as Next launcher is or used to be... but they had a free trial option to test it out. It's up to you how much $11 is worth lol I really like the launcher though.
Im sorry if this already posted but I didn't see any on my device I can't find anywhere that will let me change the clock layout or color and I would really like a way to do that because my background color makes the clock hard to read

I don't think you can do it with the native launcher - I tried finding a setting the first day I had it. My guess is you'll need to use a different launcher. I've used Nova in the past...tons of customization available.

Haven't used Nova in a while but figured if any launcher had the capability, it would be Nova.
Dang well honestly I'd even settle for a lock screen clock widget

I'm with you - my background is fairly light so seeing the clock on the lock screen was hard, plus I wasn't a fan of the stacked style or the thin font (tired eyes like thicker fonts). Was bummed when I dug through all the settings and couldn't find anything that allowed for adjustment.
Same and I agree the stacked got is not that pretty to look at
