I like my silver calculator so i won't use this, but I just wanted to stop in here and say the gold calculator looks really amazing, keep up the good work, maybe you can do this with more system apps

10/9 you'll have to push it either through adb or Root Explorer. I don't think Astro will let you access/change your phone's root files (i.e. system/app files).

you are right I tried to install it on bionix via root explore but no luck
Like I said on some other post I would love to run a stable rom with the full look of MIUI (full MIUI theme) but I dont know where to start

These are changes in the framework-res. Just changing the lockscreen images when normal, focused, and pressed. This is incredibly easy to do and once root hits I can have it ready in 2 minutes.

Some of this has already been done through skins. Check the 3.0 skins thread in EVO3d themes. Zone23, myself and a few others have done skins that change the lockring as well as the Rosie( have one that's transparent with glass icons) Someone has also done the android guy in place of the lockring. So check out the thread if that's what you're looking for.

Correct you don't need ROOT or to flash anything the lock ring is in /assets/m10. As stated I have made one with a blue android. Looks like EVOZone Blue v1 has it.
Whooo Hoo!! We have Perm Root!!! I hope we can get these up and running now, I'm ready to pay for the trouble.

I'm trying to delete a skin, but as you can see in my picture I do not have the option. I tried looking for the installed skins in my applications menu, but no dice. Long pressing the skin won't do anything and pressing the menu button will just give me the option in the picture...any ideas on how I can delete some skins?
(I'm on the stock 2.3.4 ROM and I've removed all the HTC crap like HTC likes, recommends, and MY HTC)

Try data/app ... I might be wrong..
Had the same issue when i removed that htc crap... I believe its the myhtc that does it... Put it back in, change permissions and restart... It should work

- Coz i just saw it in 3D with the Shooter -
the way that I did it dealt with putting the initially installed .apk file for the theme/skin back onto my memory card and using Astro to uninstall. With Astro, go to the .apk installation file, click the file, and select "Open App Manager". The option to uninstall that theme/skin will be available now.
Funny, i deleted this skin before myself.
Go to Titanium Backup, click Backup/Restore and uninstall Glassskin.apk
Job done
I have been using CM9 for a while now and I love the dark Halo theme of ICS. I however don't care for the light theme in the messaging app. So I took a crack at changing it. This is my first attempt at theming an app. I'm pretty sure I got most everything, but if I didn't, let me know. On to the screens:

*Make sure you backup and remove any messaging app from /system/app/ as this will replace it.

Or just move with a file explorer, just make sure to change permissions!
I have only tested this on my EVO 3D, but it should work for any device with 4.0+ SENSE, or AOSP.

Hmmm, for some reason I could never get MMS to work, as I'm on cricket, until I did this. Now I am able to receive, but I can't send. No force close or anything, just wipes out my message when trying to send.
Love the theme. I've started a Q & A last week trying to see if I could get a dev to chime in but got no hits... The asop mms needs to call to some unknown file that I haven't figured out yet to send mms... If you use a 3rd party mms agent like handecent or go it will send/receive just perfectly.

MMS.apk thoughts
I just installed it and it works well - my only issue is that I was use to a notification when sending. This version does not have it, but otherwise - it is quick, and on target. Thanks for the good work.
