please someone help .

The ICS rom is not a Samsung release and apps may not work on the official release .
However if you want to take aps out then use the app tool on the market .Name i dont remember .
Use the search function on XDA/Google read the dev threead that explain how to open a rom
.Download a custom beta ICS rom and extract the apps .
Install beta ICS rom on phone and via Rom Manager copy off the apps from the app folder .

Bumping after one hour has passed? Download the rom and extract them yourself? It's not rocket science.

Then why would you need those files if you can't do that?
Download a ICS rom.... open on pc .... go to apk you need... extract?????
OP note if APK from ICS is not for older roms you will either not boot the phone or it will keep FC all the time .
You give me the impression also that you dont know what you are doing .

Ok, let me find the ROM and see what's going on
I can't find any custom ROMs based specifically on that Poland firmware, so my suggestion is to flash the ROM to your phone and root (CFRoot, MobileOdin, etc) and then pull the APK form /system that way. Sorry for being so snooty with you.

You can use SPFlashTool to make a copy of the ROM you have installed, just the same way you would do to get a copy of your stock ROM

Simple way to make a cusrom you can flash your original firmware via odin. Then customize the apps, tweaks inside phone. at last you can backup your rom via cwm. Copy and extract System4.tar.a inside backup folder then move system and boot.bin in kitchen home
I have compiled one stock deodexed rom
You can use it as a base rom
Fully all bugs fix
Try your luck
