Ok i have SGT 10.1 3G. Everything work's fine on stock HC3.1
When i flashed latest Overcome ROM mi 3G net become very slow. I thougt that was ROM fault so i go back to stock. Again net on stock worked fine.
Today i flashed CM9.0 KANG Preview and again 3G net become very slow. What can be the problem?

Ok i figure it out what was causing the problem. In setting of my apn there was proxy and port which should have been there according to my carrier website but when i deleted proxy and port my internet become fast as is should be
They purposely put proxies to provide faster loading and downloading, but capped.
And ofcourse the famous "To monitor you"

But still i havent been satisfied may be i m missing something if sumbuddy can help me with the Browsing which is laggy speacially when the Website contains huge Pictures, Graphical textures, UI

So I originally had issues with LTE speed and WiFi when I first got the phone and ended up getting a HTC One M8 and kept both (I do development for my company so why not have more test devices I guess). I just picked up the gs5 again and updated the firmware and while LTE seems as good as it gets for my area, WiFi is still horrible.
I have the 300gigabit/second fiber from AT&T and a 802.11ac router with WPA2 security and my other devices get between 150gigabits/second and 250/second. My M8 just did a test and it was about 160 whereas this does between 40-60.
I know it has to be something with my individual device because I've seen speed tests on the forum that are what I should get.
Any ideas for what could be the issue? Using the stock deodex room rooted/unlocked.

When I connect to any WiFi AP with my phone it connects normally but when I try to download big files either from the Play Store or using the Browser the WiFi just stops sending and recieving data.

As you can see in the Image when was pain in the a** to upload the WiFi bar doesn't show data being sent or received by the arrows. This problem really annoys me for example while downloading a game from Play Store it stops somewhere in the middle then I have to go back and browse to a website which brings the connection back to life and it finishs downloading the remaining.

Is it a problem with my WiFi AP? Or any AP I connect to? Or it's a problem with the device itself?

Hello there! I want to know what is this? and how to fix this? I changed my sim card recently and when i turn on Data Connection i get this notification and after getting this my mobile changes from 3g to 2g (sometimes its G and sometimes E (Edge)).

While my other mob is still on 3g with same network as this (on lollipop maybe 5.1 or 5.0.1). When i tap this i am redirected to url which gives me another error as shown

P.S. i was not getting any notification like this on my previous sim card.
i have two redmi note 3 pro SD with the same rom
one of them can't connect to the 4g network .i test many simcard.
my rom in both of them is global stable 8.0.6.0 miui 8
it connect only on 3g mode and often Edge or gprs
how to fix this?i choose prefer lte

Probably apn settings are different. On my Kate version on global stable I had to set up the fast. t-mobile.com manually. Then it worked.
