Set default launcher - HTC Amaze 4G

Can anyone tell me where I change the default launcher? I want adwex as the default but everyone I click the home soft key it launches rosie, and then I have to go in the app drawer and launch adwex again.

Go To Settings>Applications>Manage Applications..
Scroll down and find HTC Sense Launcher and clear Default.
Now click the Home Button and the option to choose ADW or HTC Sense will come up....but before you choose one turn the check on to make default then choose ADW.

Depends on some launcher you use.
Usually is used multi touch or menu key.
(Sorry for my bad english).
Hmm.. Thanks for the replies, but didn't do the job though.
I use [CM9][ROM][ICS 4.0.4][JUN02] Nova HD Rebuild v1.0.1 | LG UI 3.0.
When I double click on home screen, it zooms in and icons dissapear, don't know how to edit number of home screens. When I click on the menu button, I get the following:
Theme, Home Settings, App settings and System Settings. Tried them all, and couldn't find a way to remove any of the home screens....
It should be there in mostly home settings, or may even be in app settings...do double check it once...
Typed using a small touchscreen
Give a try at cyanogenmod forums and post it back, I am completely clueless.
Reduce the no of home screens

what theme is this?

Seems to be go launcher ex with theme
Sent from my Galaxy S4 using XDA Premium
It can be Apex, Go, Launcher Pro, ADW, or Nova.
They can all be themed like that.
does anyone know what theme it is?
Isnt go launcher supposed to be laggy ?
Go launcher was the best until 4-5 month ago then they desided to load a lot crap into it and double the app size and completely change the ui.now it is sluggish, laggy and crappy..
Go for apex or nova.both great launchers and go launcher theme's work with both..
from post:
Yeah plain background. I'm using Nova Launcher Prime with custom icons.
Widget layout is via Nova and they are: Snowstorm, Simple Calendar, 4x Minimalist Text with custom config.

Why are some of my app drawer icons not being skinned by downloaded theme?

I have rooted my S3 and am running on Foxhound 1.2 ROM. Am using Apex Launcher Pro and have downloaded one of the launcher's themes from the Play Store. Here's the link to the theme I downloaded: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...pbWFsdGV4dC5reWxlZGVzaWduZWRtZS5hZHd0aGVtZSJd
Anyway so now I have a problem. The theme doesn't skin all of my icons in the app drawer and I'm not sure why. Here's what it looks like now. The same problem apps were unskinned on my homescreen as well but I was able to change them manually. Any ideas how to do the same for the app drawer, or why the theme cannot be applied to those icons? Thanks!

Hi,
Have you rebooted?
Or it's just simply because the author of the theme has not (yet) skinned the icones of these apps (strange for the icone of Apex launcher since it's a theme for Apex )?
You can send a mail to the dev...
Yup I have rebooted and restarted the launcher as well. I don't think it's because the developer has not skinned those apps yet because I was able to manually find the icons for them on my home screen. Just really puzzled as to why they're not being auto detected in the drawer. Sigh.
Do you think wiping cache would help?

[Q] Nova and Cyanogenmod 10 installed on Nexus 7, app labels disappeared.

I recently installed Nova and Cyanogenmod 10 on my rooted Nexus 7. I've attached a screenshot to show the problem. All of my app icons have disappeared. I don't want them on the dock of course but on my home screen I cannot get the app icons to come back. For the life of me I can't find anything in either the system or nova settings to get the labels back. I have TouchWiz 5.0 theme installed. Any ideas on what could be the problem here?
