Well,i use Launcher Pro,simple,very fast and smooth,also You could use Xperia Active Launcher,not so smooth,but its cool!

ADWLauncher EX is awesome
Launcher Pro + XperiaArc Theme.
And it will look like Arc Launcher if you use a dock background but since it is LP, it is way more faster.

Most good looking : SPB SHELL
MOST STABLE: DEFAULT LAUNCHER
I am using Launcher Pro on my GDXv017 ROM, smooth and powerfull.
The best, imho, remains Launcher Pro: highly customizable, theme-able and the smoothest i've tried.
If you like something lightweight, can try Zeam Launcher, I like its scrollable dock and the vertical scrolling in the app drawer (that default home doesn't have), even if it's a minimal launcher.
I tried also Claystone 3D, it seems fine to me, lot of features and I think more suitable (in terms of weight and smoothness) for our phone with respect to SPB.

I have long time with Go but i want to know if it's recommendable the ADW.
Go launcher is gud. It eats less memory. Adw is a lil bulky & sumtimes is force close. Stay with go launcher.

I like more Go Launcher because ADW don't allow to create folders in app drawer. This is only option witch I'am missing in ADW.
Go Launcher is so much smoother, I think that ADW is good but I am a sucker for performance and eye candy.
Not much of a fan of either of the two, but I would prefer ADW to Go any day

Go launcher has a widget for almost everything and some cool customization. Uninstalled it from my ace because it makes my phone lag like hell and eats memory like no tomorrow. Currently using The best launcher out there: ADW EX. Its a paid app because its HELLA WORTH IT.
The speed and simpleness and all the high customization are just incredible. More than Go Launcher I must say. And the best of all, IT RUNS SMOOTHLY. Sure Go Launcher has eye candy to the max and go locker and all those things. But whatever. I prefer a mix of speed and eye candy. ADW EX is hands down the best out there for me.

Trouble is its not updated anymore. With new feature being added to adw and go all the time pro is getting left behined.

I'm going for GO launcher. Much smoother and much eye friendly. No doubt, I vote for GO.
I prefer adw launcher. Go launcher use more RAM. (not sure now).
I don't like go launcher app drawer(3 tabs!!!)
Adw free is open source and is used in Cyanogen as default launcher.
Bayint Naung you can disable the 3 tabs app drawer in Go Launcher settings .

LauncherPro is in my opinion the smoothes of all launchers i've tried.
Right now i'm using GoLauncher, as i wanted to change things a little bit .

If you mean the ics look no... but if you mean the customization then try go launcher theirs ics icons and its extremely customizable..

I did remember there was a ICS like launcher for GB called "ICS launcher" or something.
But to be honest that one s*cked.
If you are looking for a launcher replacement, go launcher worked pretty well for me when I was on GB.
I always just used a Ice Cream Sandwich theme that works with ADW and Go also I think some other lunchers too.

When I was using GB I was using GO launcher it works really well and allows you to do a lot of customizing.
Adw = apex
They have same menus and configs other than the ics features. My apex setup is exactly the same as adw when I was on gb.

Took the words right out of my mouth. I would highly recommend holo launcher. It's the only ics launcher that truly simulates the ics experience perfectly (or as perfectly as you can on gingerbread). The biggie for me was the stackable shortcuts feature. This is the only one I tried that truly got it right. Spot on. And it's super smooth too.

Could not agree more! Best that I have found. ADW is also really good... just really hard to customize. Especially with custom Icons. Here's a screen shot of Holo Launcher.
I think you should go for ADW Launcher buddy...
I use holo launcher before but ADW is so good... :good: just like some user said above its like Apex launcher

You can use nova,apex,adw,go launcher,Sony experia launcher or wait for chameleon laucher. I use (private beta) chameleon launcher on my tablet and it is fantastic. You can try also holo launcher HD.

Thanks, I thought about using adw or launcher pro but decided to go with apex. So far I love it! I can even still use the cobalt theme that I was using on the stock jb theme. I may have to check out chameleon launcher as I have not heard anything about it. Thanks!
