... the new OS will be 4.0 and this is not the original launcher its just how it could probably look like
Works fine on utopia 2.2.

If you read the description it's been written based on some "leaked" images. They have guessed the functionality. Looks nice but don't go thinking its real

Hi guys. I've just got a new Defy and have rooted, flashed WajkIUI 2.1.6 ICS and selected the above Theme. Is there any reason that I wouldn't get the clock and wallpaper, because I can't see them anywhere.

Try both, seriously. There's no guarantee that they'll both work for you, universal themes have a habit of not being universal.
I ran the Original ICS Theme briefly when I was on a KI4 ROM, it was very good, and it looks like a lot has changed/been refined since then. Sileshn also makes one, it's very good as well.
Does anyone know any good touchwiz ice cream sandwich rooms I've only found aosp ice cream sandwich but i want touch wiz and Samsung apps

Check in android development. There you will find alot of ics roms. Be warned though they are only leaks. Some features not working perfectly but still useful as a daily driver
