I think I did everything you said in the VIDEO , with kies open it shows that the phone is connected. and it the phone shows up in my windows menu.
than I open up the 'generate code' file and it says
'error device not found'
it than says cannot find 'error unable to find file <.\nv_data.bin>
Please advise what i am doing wrong.
also I tried opening adb to add data but it opens for a second and than shuts.

I got my G4 stuck in Boot Loader, so I flashed the Button Rom to it. Now it won't sync with ActiveSync. I get a pop-up "Welcome to the New Found Hardware Wizard" and proceeds to try to install a driver. Then I get a pop-up stating "The file rndismpx.sys" is needed and asks for the location. I have no idea where or what that file is.
Which OS do You have on Your PC?
File should be located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers If Your system can't find it automatic than something is wrong with it (file missing - maybe on Vi$ta or some "tiny" copy of XP)

I followed the guide to install ClockworkMod, and then Cyanogen 6.1 and all went fine. Now I'm trying to install Flash and fix the Android Market, but I'm having problems. First, I can't access the gtablet by USB anymore since I installed Cyanogen. There is an icon in the top left showing that USB is connected and an option of "Select to copy files to/from your computer". When I select this, a screen flashes very fast and then disappears. All I can make out is the word 'Connected' followed by some long explanation. I also see the green android guy pictured on that screen.
I've also tried connecting a thumb drive, and can't access it either through File Manager (which came with Cyanogen 6.1). Most directories I can access through File Manager show me "This folder is empty" when I click on them, including sdcard and sd-ext. One final thing I've tried is to simply create a new folder, and I get the message "could not create new folder".
When I tried to download an apk file from the internet, I get a message saying that it needs an external sdcard to download anything. Basically I'm left with a very disabled tablet...even moreso than what came out of the box. I'm a newbie at this, so can anyone please give me some suggestions?
I'm not able to run any .bat files on my laptop.Everytime i try to run it an error message pops up reading "Windows could not find 'NAME'.bat. Make sure you typed the name correctly and please try again."..and because of this problem I'm not able to update my Android SDK package,nor am i able to run apps like apk manager Somebody please help me..SOON!! :'(
I have been trying to install a Apk to my devices but it always returns install failed, i've run a logcat and found that it says "failed to create secure container smdl2tmp1"? anyone know what this is?
