Who am I? :
My name is Lucas, I'm 18, and I'm French.
My past devices are : HTC Desire => HTC Desire HD => GalaxyS2. I started working and modifying ROMs for myself, and then decided to share them .
About the ROM :
Base : 4.0.4 IMM30B : CM9/IMM30B (Merged framework/UI etc) It's last 05.03 CM9 + IMM30B AOKP Base.
What can you expect? Well, Basically the sames bugs as CM9, and the Full AOKP user experience, with all their awesome mods.
Merged 4.0.4 Framework into a 4.0.3 Base.
The port history is Galaxy Nexus > Galaxy S > Galaxy S2.
It's a BETA, It contains bugs, maybe unfixable.
It contains Light Gapps. If you're missing some apps that are related to Google, go on and flash latest ICS Gapps.
'Bout the recovery. Stock, not touch. Some users don't understand how it works, and freak out because they can't use it or restore their beloved samsung ROMsD) , so it's stock.
Installation Instructions :
Transfer the zip file you downloaded above to your internal sdcard (not the external micro SD).
Turn off the phone, then boot into recovery mode. For this, press and hold these 3 buttons together until Samsung’s screen shows up: Volume UP+Home+Power.
Phone will boot into CWM recovery. Use volume keys to scroll up and down between options and power/home key to select an option.
Perform a wipe:
Select “wipe data/factory reset”. Then select “Yes” on next screen to confirm. (This will not touch your SD cards so don’t worry).
Go to “advanced” and then select “wipe dalvik cache”, then select “Yes” on next screen. Now, go back to main screen of recovery.
Select “mounts and storage”, then select “format system”. Select “Yes” on next screen to confirm. Go back to main recovery menu after system format is complete.
Then, select “install zip from sdcard”, then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Then, browse to the file you transferred to the sdcard in step 2 and select it.
Confirm installation on the next screen by selecting the option ”Yes — Install HyDr0404.zip“. The ROM will now start installing.
After installation is complete, select “go back” then select “reboot system now” to reboot the phone.

I am guessing that he's using the ICS 4.04 released instead of the 4.03 as most of the other threads have. It may be small changes but it could also be a trial run... See how it pans out etc.

It's New 4.0.4 Base. So it's totally different to HyDrOG3NICS..
Contains more bugs that HyDrOG3NICS, and must be considered as a beta.

Yeah, I just tested this for the fun thingy.
Didn't tested it tough the whole ROM, but the basics works.
(Phone, SMS, Wifi, BT, etc..)

I was wondering if I can ask for a feature to be added as very few of the ICS Roms have this capability.
Basically have some kind of updater incorporated into the ROM. I haven't tried your ROM yet but am going to today, so je suis desolee if this is already there.
I just figured it would save time with each new release... and also make the feedback easier to give, with the emphasis of coming from {ROM version} to {ROM version}.

Yeap, that will be in. But don't expect it that soon. Need first a proper HOST , that can give direct link on the fly.
