Instructions:
1)Flash the boot.img using fastboot (hold vol up button , plug in USB)
2)Afterwards , flash the rom from RECOVERY
Working: (MOSTLY EVERYTHING WORKS)

It's not need than flash this rom to rooted stock rom from flashtool?

There is no difference as unlocked will have ics before locked you have to wait for carriers to release there versions to u can take months
