I always..copy the app to the system/, then set the permissions rw-r--r--, then move the app into system/app and reboot the phone. Normally works for me.

Place it in your SD card, then use an app such as root explorer and move it to /system/app. Then reboot your phone and it should work fine. :good:

Have tried it already..I have root explorer..somehow even placing this app in system/app and rebooting didnt work

Can i have pics from ur phone to look?

priv app is in the data right? if i delete seclauncher3.apk and not delete the touchwizhome.apk what will happen i dont really understand i need better guild i scare that i will ruin something i want to finish with this thing so i have s5 weather

in SYSTEM !! ... you scared then dont flash custom roms in first place !! ... backup your seclauncher3.apk and then remove it and add the touchwizhome.apk and set its permitions "rw- r-- r--" and restart it should work

I Did it and i dont like the launcher, do i need now to delete the touchwiz launcher i downloaded? and return the seclauncher3.apk to priv app and reboot and thats it? it didnt ruin my phone?

U need root, and a file explorer with r/w to system i recommend Simple Explorer or Solid Explorer File Manager
U must extract *.rar, delete AccuweatherPhone2013.apk and AccuweatherPhone2013.odex from /system/app/ and place the one u extracted there.
Set permissions to 0644 -rw-r--r-- and owner/group to 0:0 root/root like in screenshots
As always, have fun !
