Dolphin browser Webzine add-on - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

installed the new dolphin browser in my SXS.. and realised my favourite add-on isn't anywhere to be found... anyone can help?

Wondering the same thing. It now says it's available as and add on and it available to the market but it's not there anywhere.

I've tried Pulse and think its a good replacement

I think dolphin is good but just a little ram hog

[Q] Market Question

Hi Guys,
I have been searching for apps on google market and it seems like I cant find a lot of them. Example, I have been trying to install dolphin browser HD on my g tab but I cant seem to find it in market. Seems like I can find it in appbrain but when i try to install from there it say url not found. I have ran into this issue with a lot of apps that I have been trying to download. Let me know if this is a know issue or something specific to me. I am running VEGAn rom
Did you do the Market hack? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=845175

[Q] Galaxy i9100 Problem Browser Issue

My wife gave me a White Galaxy S II international version from Amazon.com for Christmas.
I first noticed this with the stock internet browser.
I am having a little problem with the podcasts section on Engadget.com. As soon as the page is near or finishes loading, the browser crashes and I'm returned to the launcher.
If I am quick enough to long press on the .MP3 link to download the podcast it crashes without the save prompt showing up and the download isn't started.
I downloaded Dolphin Browser HD and I get the same results. This is the browser I used on my Inspire 4G with no problems.
This is viewing the desktop version of Engadget.com, also with either Android or Desktop as the user agent.
I don't have trouble loading pages on other sites.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Just tried it myself and it worked fine. Are you trying the "save link" option? You could try "download all files" application from market. I've got it installed because I've had a problem in the past.
DoubleTwist
Try downloading the app doubletwist you don't need to sync it to your computer or use air sync all you need to do them is download the item again
Hope this helps
Not to be rude but I'm looking for a solution, not a workaround.
I could just stream it from the website or the Engadget app, but I want to download the podcast from the page as I'm reading Engadget posts without starting up another app to do something I could do easily on a much simpler and lower quality phone. The building at my work tends to kill wifi and cell signals so I need to download the podcasts to listen to them.
I did have cyanogen installed on my Inspire. I wanted to see if I could use this phone without ROMs.
Thanks anyway.
download all files from market , the stock browser doesnt download all file extensions mate , that could be the reason
dolphin browser is quite useless to download files...the best one to download files are the opera mobile. i used that to download basically everything....try it...

Like I said "download all files"
Just install it then use the stock browser to download the pod cast
The stock browser and dolphin can download mp3s from other sites. My Inspire 4G running cyanogen could do it, too.
Apparently there is some code on the Engadget page that my phone doesn't like.
The browser crashes as soon as the page either finishes loading or right before it finishes. It had nothing to do with downloads.
Edit: I installed Opera Mobile as recommended above by kruznix and the page loads properly.
I'm still curious if anyone knows why this is happening.

I encountered the same thing, so I use firefox as my main browser. There are add-ons like adblockplus and clean quit.
I've also heard good things about javelin.

For android or the computer?
Android. Its not as friendly with google websites since its not based off webkit, but I make it work. Its also not as nice looking, but it functions more like a desktop browser to me.
I have the stock browser as my backup, and flashify for when I want to switch between browsers.
I run stock (TW browser), firefox, Puffin, and Link bubble.
Just download adaway and walk away. Blocks all ads at the host level of your phone. I haven't see any in app ads or browser ads in years.
Yeah I downloaded it it seems to be working thank you guys
Adaway is the best, does what it supposed to do exactly and more.
I dislike adaway because it disables redirects. and certain websites use them... I know you can whitelist redirect links, but it needs to be updated everytime you find a new one. so.. yeah

[Q] Browser Issues

I've rooted my G3 and have had issues with pages not displaying in full site views @ all (e.g. Accuweather) or incorrectly (e.g. Google Play) for some time now. I get "Server Error...Connection refused...Error 500" when trying to display pages in full site views in Chrome and Dolphin browsers. Other sites, like Google Play display incorrectly/wonky in full site and mobile views, meaning almost in a pure text view, no page search bar, etc. Also, I've noticed when going to the Weather Channel site, the page language displays English and Chinese/Japanese = odd. I've done a factory reset and still have this issue. I know this wasn't a problem before but I don't know if the rooting or use of of post root apps have done the damage. Right now, all I have are some basic rooted apps - ES File Manager, Cerberus, AdBlock Plus, SuperSU Pro, Titanium Pro, Webkey, Widgetroid, and Tasker. I've searched for answers and even went to LG for help, but nothing is resolving this issue. I'm @ a loss of what to do...anyone help, please?
What browser? I've had weirdness with the AOSP browser(s), never used Dolphin, Firefox, etc.
Chrome, both stable release and beta, work fine, altho I generally do not prefer full site view. If Chrome, perhaps try deleting Data then completely uninstall via Root Explorer / ES File Mgr by deleting the .apk in System/Apps, reboot, and download Chrome from Play Store.
It's the default browser with the phone, which is Chrome. I've tried Dolphin to see if it was Chrome and the same issues show up. It's odd that these problems didn't pop up until recently. I first noticed it when I tried to go from the Accuweather app to a detailed forecast via the app and noticed the full version webpage would not show. The more I looked into the issue, the more sites I noticed similar problems along with the newer issues mentioned.
Will the uninstall/reinstall create any issues since it's the default browser of the phone? I don't know if other parts of the ROM will falter when I try that fix.

Have you tried disabling the ad blocking? I have had problems (on a previous device) like this with certain ad blockers in place.

Need help with UC browser alternative and YouTube Vanced problem

If this is the wrong forum I apologise. I really would appreciate it if someone could help me. I have constantly installed and uninstalled UC browser. It takes up to much space on my phone. It started out as 121 mb then 2 and something. I only used it because it could download videos, good download speed and import and export bookmarks. I have tried kwiwi and chrome browser. I am currently using Brave and advance download manager to download videos. Can someone tell me a good browser for andriod that doesn't take up space and can download videos, good download speed and import and export bookmarks? I also just started using and heard of YouTube Vanced. I like it but the pop up notification doesn't work. It works on YouTube app but not YouTube Vanced. I am using the non root version. The notification is turn on. I get the pop ups in YouTube app. Thank you and sorry.
