Now that it's reported to be disappearing from UK shelves hopefully this will come down to EVO 3D like prices over in the UK.

The 32GB 3G HTC Flyer is already £100 less in the UK, see this at Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/HTC-Flyer-i...612G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1307086924&sr=8-2
Hi,
I think you saw an earlier mistake by Amazon. Earlier they were claiming that the 3G/32Gb Flyer was cheaper by £120 than the RRP.
Amazon listed the RRP as the standard £599, and the new price as £559 (or something similar). Amazon have since corrected this, the new saving is £40.01, making the new price £559.98
However, I understand from other press that the 16Gb/Wifi only model has seen a price reduction to £400 from £480 at some UK retailers.

My Best Buy Bargain
Best Buy UK had the 32GB 3G version for £479.99 the other day. Ordered mine, it arrived and its great! What a result! Unfortunately they have corrected their description now and are only selling the WiFi version for £479.99. This is still a good deal on Amazon though with £40 off.
Sorry for not posting on here about the Best Buy deal. I am not really a user of these forums but thought I would become more active now
Hi all,
I don't know if it is official or not but the evo 3d cost €619.99 at Expansys.com (without contract, sim free).
Look at here:

Edit:
There is also a UK price (£499.99) at Amazon.co.uk:

Nothing new. The dutch price is 560 euro at cheapest.
Date: august 5th 2011...
That's the norm over there most Europeans buy phones with no contract and pick their own carrier.
Hello,
Indeed the Carriers do not subsidize the prices of Cell Phones in Europe. They do have a far greater selection of Phones thanks to all Countries all being on GSM.
In addition, all Consumer Electronics cost a great deal more in Europe. It is even worse in Australia.
Cheers,
JJ

S3 can be pre-ordered through Sprint now. I have noticed that Amazon wireless tends to be cheaper (currently 50 dollars cheaper for the EVO LTE 4G on Amazon).
Has anybody read or seen if we'll be able to pre-order and what the price maybe?
Thanks in advance.
Samsung Galaxy S3 is available for pre-order at Amazon for a hefty sum of $799, in blue or white color. The blue version is expected to start shipping May 29, while the white will ship a few days later, on June 1.
The 799 is for the unlocked with no plan. You can renew your contract and upgrade through Amazon wireless. Right now I could order the EVO LTE 4G for only 150 with a new contract. I am hoping that they will also have a cheaper deal on the S3 (you can preorder that for 200 on Sprint's website right now)
Amazonwireless usually gets the phones a little bit after the initial carrier launches, from what I've seen. I think it must have some sort of contract with the carriers as not to put them up at a discounted price until an initial time period goes by.
Any information about the availability of the watch in countries with no access to googleplay? or to shops outside Googleplay?
I searched for it on eBay and Amazon. There are some g watch for $290. But I think its too much for a watch so I hope later it will be cheaper and available GSM shops too.
except ebay/amazon, any information about the availability in shops...i mean.
Best Buy is taking preorders.
Mobilefun in the UK has stock for delivery tomorrow (3rd). They often release stuff a day or 2 'early'.
I got mine yesterday from mobilefun. They are great people! Best.shoping.experience.ever.

it can be bought in all electronic stores in Hong Kong for a little bit less than $229 US =)
Just wondering if anyone knows when this phone will be available on contract in the UK?
The phone is available on Amazon UK and a few other online retailers. But doesn't seem to be in any high street shops, no phone shops like Carphone Warehouse (who hadn't even heard of it when I asked) and I can't find so much of a mention anywhere about being available or even coming soon on any contract providers (EE, Vodaphone, O2 ect).
Is the phone just not officially released yet in the UK?, if so anyone know when its official release is?
I guess it's a very low key launch here in UK. Certainly anyone wandering into a phone shop will have no idea it there is such a thing. Local Carphone Warehouse/PC World has a display with Moto phones on but no Z or Z Play. Early days yet and you may find it with one of the online retailers offering contracts but can't see Vodafone/EE etc offering it direct. Could be wrong ... frequently am
Seems odd if they don't start offering it for contract on all the major providers at some point in the near future, I mean the Moto X is widely available.
Just bought myself one off ebay in brand new condition for £350 anyway though so never mind I suppose
Be interested to know what you think of it once you get it.
I have an X Style and although I've got on well with it I find myself looking for the next thing. I might have given a moto z a try but not keen on paying £500 for a new one.
