I'm running a Xperia RAY with ICS 4.0.3 beta with those details:
- Xperia RAY SO-03C.( originally )
- After upgradding ICS 4.0.3
- Model ST18i
- Kernel: 2.6.32.9-perl [email protected] #1
- Build Number: 4.1.C.0.7
- and then I upgrade to baseband .64
- and now
I could not connect to ADB(only via wifi), WIndows 7 ultimate dose not regconize usb driver, no fastboot, no fastmode, how can I flash the old kernel?

To get back to stock ROM, you can use for example WotanServer.

First, you need to root your device
Then you should install Xrecovery and from thta moment you can play with ROMs.
Your baseband and kernel are good

my phone is live with walkman version 4.1.B.0.431 it is ok if i will download the gb for ray because it has the same version, my walkman phone version is not on the choices for walkman but is has the same version on ray w/c is 4.1.B.0.431
Since rooting directly in 4.0.4 is not possible, one needs to downgrade to a rootable GB ROM to root. (Skip this step if you are already in GB).
To Downgrade, you need to flash an old GB ROM ftf to your device.

You have to download previous version of rom for LWW if you have LWW! For example .58 or .62

Without create an access point but Ik I enabled data and roaming I didn't disable cuz of the annoying notification and this didn't happened on gingerbread please help that is costing me alot

I found the problem it was that when I clear delvik cache at the startup it will optimize the apps with data roaming but how can I stop that?
