[SHARE] Some Mods for GDX v023 - XPERIA X8 Themes and Apps

Hey..
i just wanna share what i have made to a new released rom, GingerDX v023..
Don't like it ??
don't give any comment, and its better for you to go away from here right now..

Here's some simple mods that i've made,
just flash them via CWM recovery..
1. Fully Transparent Statusbar
DOWNLOAD
RESTORE
2. CM9-Styled Settings.apk
DOWNLOAD HERE

HERE if you want it works with ADWLauncher

And how to use transparent status bar ? Flash it ? If yes , Where to flash it in CWM ?

Hmmm.... seems to be a hard choice given GDX v023 ONLY has CWM ...

Now all the files is flash using by cwm..

Do I have to place this in a specific folder of the zip file of the ROM and flash the whole ROM again?
Or is there a SHORTCUT to flash it via CWM without flashing the ROM again?

I flashed the fully transparent statusbar zip but my statusbar is still black, how do i make it work....do I change something in GDX settings?

i'm sorry but i just mod stock kernel roms,
cuz i can't do any test if i make one for custom kernel roms..

just download the zip, put them to ur sdcard, enter cwm, flash the zip like u flash custom rom BUT don't make any full wipe..

yep..
but i think the bug came from apps which dont support transparent statusbar,
not the gingerdx itself..

yes..
u must enable semi-transparent statusbar option in GingerDX settings and restart phone (or use rom toolbox and just restart statusbar only),
BUT REMEMBER ONE THING!
GDX's transparent statusbar is not works on every apps/launchers,
cuz not all apps/launchers supports it..

Settings -> Cyanogenmod -> GingerDX -> Custom carrier text..
