then photoshop, like vikasb32 already mentioned. use free transform tool, while holding Shift (to don't lose the aspect ratio)
Also GIMP and Paint.net, they're both free.
Photoshop is best for this because of the batch file operation option.
ok ty guys..i will surely try it but for now i need immidiate help..anyone willing to help me can pm me. and ty once more

We have to decompile the .apk , make every single picture 40% smaller , make the appropriate folders and make sure the .xml files point to them , change most of the .xml settings (if not all) and then recompile the .apk .

Use APK Manager for everything related to .apk .
The files in the folder drawable-hdpi need to made smaller then placed in a folder called drawable-mdpi in the same area .
I am unsure of what files to change though .

There is of course Adobes Dreamweaver as well but you have to buy that.

So you would need these things
1.Adobe Photoshop Cs5 *more preferable* or anyother image editing software
2.AndroidSdk installed in your pc … so dat it can give u draw9patch.bat
3.And lots of Patience *THE MAIN THING*
The Tutorial Is Attached ... so dat u dunn have to find everytime the tutorial on Google
If u have any questions around .. do ask here

Hey guys, this app isn't a share or a mod. It's an app MADE by me. When you launch this app, you have to enter a certain number in the box and then it will convert it to kilograms or grams (depending on your choice). This is just a simple app, not any great one, as there are a million converter apps out there. But, it's important to me as I have built my first Android app. I have been studying basic Java at school for over a year, so after following a tutorial and working on this for 3 days, it wasn't so hard to come up with this. I built this app on Eclipse environment. I'm trying to learn more and build better Android apps. I just wanted to share my first work with you guys.
Screenshot and apk in attachment.
P.S. The apk's file is only 31.4 kb. Hehe!

These apps can't be ported because there are certain functions that only the higher API levels can perform. Furthermore, we can't decompile the source (java) code of any app. We can only decompile XML files.

You can decompile the java code from the .class file. Search for java decompiler in Google.

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me how to port apps, for example, note 4 apps, to S4 Mini? Thanks!
Out as you spoke. First crying begging my files, and now leave me alone
You're so smart, firmware posted.
And now you ask to explain how it's done. I find it funny to read it
You're not the author.
Collect all the files in the archive (while he did not do anything)
Do not Treat once. Sit down and teach. For you to do it no one is going to
