I looked at diff forums on how to root and just wondering what is the easiest way to root. Can someone help me out and provide me a link for rooting. Some use odin but i also seen superoneclick. Thanks guys

Which method is best for rooting stock 2.3.4? CF-Root or the upd_1.zip?
Sorry for the noob question but can someone provide me with a tutorial for CF-Root? And which zip file to flash? I can't quite understand the thread thanks

both methods would root your device...
use upd_1.zip if you want to just root phone and nothing else....
flashing cf-root would give you different kernel pre rooted and for what it offers other than stock read its thread....

Is there a really fast way I can root my s3. I do not have a pc atm and need a very fast rooting method. Is odin the only way?
How does z4root work?
I do have access to a pc right now but not for long. Please advise! Thanks in advance

I did. Tried it on works pc a few mins a ago. Searched.. followed instructions as I did before on s1 and 2. Did not recognise phone. Tried to install kies for the drivers but windows asked for sp3 update. Which I don't wanna do on works pc. Just wondered if their was another method

So I've recently tried to ROOT my Vibrant with Cyanogenmod 10 to install Jellybean on it. This phone has never been rooted before or anything. I was told I had to root it before hand aswell. When I Go and do the root on my Macbook. I used Oneclickrootmac. It's asking me to intall a update from the memory card to the phone. When I do so, all I get, aswell as when I try to install CM 10 on it, Is an error on it saying Signature Verification Failed, and the installation has been aborted. Can someone please help me with this problem I'm currently having ?
